   The interior of this restaurant was incredibly lovely. The service was excellent and the food came out quickly. However, I was sadly not impressed with what I ordered as it was bland, heavy on the cream without much flavor than that, and the vegetables did not seem particularly fresh. I am hoping my experience was not typical and that their food is better than this, but I was the only person in the restaurant at that time, so one would think that it would have been stellar.

   The food was nice, especially the lamb. The service was okay as the food arrived late some waiters didn't have any knowledge of the menu. The manager was very friendly. He was the only one who provided good service. The other staff were poor.

   Tried Tongi tonight for the first time. Walked in with no reservation on a busy evening and was greeted warmly and seated immediately. Impeccable service from the start and throughout. A fantastic menu of classic favourites alongside some unique dishes. Highly recommend the Lamb Bhuna main, Banarasi Samosa Chaat starter and the phenomenal homemade Lucknowi Rumali Roti bread. Targa Daal and Bhindi also spot on. Good value Chardonnay paired perfectly. My new go-to Indian restaurant without a doubt.

   I met Masood, the general manager here, he made sure we had a great stay. Thank you Masood for everything. The food was really nice: I suggest the lamb shank, it's delicious!
