   Tasted fresh, lamb samosas excellent, starter portions quite large. But...Chicken ru ru absolutely tasteless....no hint of flavour, coriander or spices as advertised...absolutely tasted of chicken balls in plain batter. Disappointed

   Just picked up, the other reviews aren’t representative in my opinion. Check Deliveroo for more accurate picture. High quality food and decent portion. I ordered the chicken biryani!

   Something very very different about the food from Rajan rowing Balham these days- I have been having regular weekly takeaways from here ever since I moved to Balham 9 years ago and the food has always been excellent however, my last two experiences have not been so good with my regular dishes being so hot they are inedible. Not sure if new chef or new supplier of chilli’s used but come on chefs please taste the food before passing onto loyal customers. I did complain but it fell on deaf ears so I have decided to try another restaurant in Balham.

   I can see why this place has 4.7 on Deliveroo at the time of writing. I had an excellent experience: ☑️ The food arrived quickly ☑️ It was piping hot and well packaged ☑️ It was probably the best Chicken Dhansak I’ve had Only one experience, but my first was positive and I will be going back.

   An underwhelming experience. Having lived in Leicester which boasts some of the finest Indian cuisine in the UK, after ordering a clearly microwaved meal from here, I got a touch of the runs! Never happened before. Won't be ordering again!

   Totally bland and underwhelming. Ok I have higher standards having lived in India for 3.5 years but I still want taste in my food. Butter chicken had no resemblance to any murgh makanwala I’ve ever had (they used chicken breast rather than the tastier thighs). The daal makhani was not the rich, long cooked dish I expect - it was green for a start rather than the rich dark orange - I’ve had better from a boil in the bag from my local Indian supermarket. The naan were the traditional thick English breads which I should have guessed. The lamb bhuna was watery. But it was delivered on time and warm by Deliveroo. My search for an authentic Indian takeaway goes on.
