   Shocking service at Clarks Trafford Centre. We asked a staff member for help and were told to wait, with no mention at all of a ticket system. After standing there for 20–25 minutes, we asked another staff member called Mohammed, who abruptly told us we needed a ticket—while customers who arrived long after us were already being served. Mohammed showed zero apology, no willingness to help, and spoke to us in a rude, dismissive way. For someone claiming to be an ‘associate manager’ his attitude and behaviour were completely unacceptable. This store clearly lacks basic customer service, communication, and professionalism at the moment compare to how it was. A genuinely awful experience that has put us off shopping at Clarks entirely.

   Alisha was so helpful with helping my son find his first pair of school shoes. Her warm and friendly manner really put him at ease and made him feel comfortable. She was very knowledgeable of the products and what shoe was best for his age to avoid the usual wear and tear that can be common with children in the early years. It was comforting that she relied upon her previous job of working in a nursery to get us the best pair, that would last. I will definitely be back due to this positive experience - thank you, Alisha!

   We had an wonderful experience at the store . Ms Khadija helped find right pair of shoes for my son and it was a task . She was patient and understood and didn't stop until she found perfect fit for him. Yet she went and called her Manager to reconfirm .. Even the manager was experienced and helped make decision. Loved shopping here

   One of my favourite shops , amazing staff. I like Clarks , some of their models are really good. But why I like this shop is because of the staff. Friendly, really helpful. This is the third time I am going to this place to buy a formal shoe. Gary , I believe he is the shop manager and Ayesha were helping to find a comfortable one . They both spent lots of time to get different sizes and models. Thanks for the patience, support and happy faces. Appreciate their commitment towards the brand and the customer.

   Staff chatting and ignoring customers. Tried to say shows fitted when they clearly didn’t. I think they are more bothered about selling than the actual correct fit as I could see another child with shoes on that did not fit and they were saying that they fitted nicely.

   Worst customer service. A bad experience. Was measuring shoe sizes for me and my kids and one worker came, grabbed and went away with the scale not even bothering to say sorry. It shouldnt be more than 5 min since we entered that shop and this happened so she can't blame that we are unnecessarily spending time. Later then we went to other shop and purchased shoes for me and my wife. Pity they lost a good business. I couldn't figure out why she behaved that way especially in front of my family. May be for her we looked like not worthy customers. Or may be they had some bias for what we are.

   Despite post Xmas sales and extremely busy shop, assistant went out of her way to help us find the right shoe and size. Well trained staff and this was reflected in the amount of purchases being made.

   Helpful service from Sacha, nothing too much trouble as I tried on several pairs. Very happy with my purchase as they fit like a pair of gloves. I didn't realise that I need half a size larger for certain styles of shoe, that was due to it being the first time I have actually had my feet measured for years!
