   It is totally disgusting, I'm wondering how they got 5 star hygeine in the first place. I ordered for the first time today, but it was smelly shami kabab, shek kabab, samosa and biryani is also not good. I'm sick and I threw the rest of the food in the bin. I still feel nauseous.

   I ordered chicken korma. In its description it was mentioned that it will be mild & sweet. But when I got the order & I eat it. I was surprised because the taste was like sweet( desert). I confirmed it with my friend & he said the same "it's more like a desert than a chicken korma". Then I called restaurant regarding this. The person who pick up my call has no manners to talk & stated that I have no knowledge of korma. He said "in this country" this is what korma is. Even the restaurant says, they offer Indian & Bangladeshi food. Worst food & the worse staff. The restaurant should give a training to their staff so that they can know how to communicate with customers because the staff was not ready to listen to my point. After saying that this is right, he just hang up the call.

   Great value for money. I'd walked past this place a few times. Now my usual Indian takeaway has massively jacked up its prices, I thought I'd give the Royal Indian a go. Prices are very reasonable. Food was decent. I deliberately tried a few different things. Nothing was amazing, but nothing was too bad either. Overall I was very happy with the experience. Decent curry at a very decent price. Can't go wrong.

   First you miss an item from my order, I let it go! (As it was the first time) Then you give me RAW flour inside of an onion bhaji??? And when I call you to report it, you tell me 'you are busy' seriously??? PATHETIC!!!!!! When you finally get some time, kindly look into the kind of service you provide!
