   Hands down the best meat biryani I have ever tasted. From the moment it arrived at the table, the aroma alone was incredible. The rice was perfectly fluffy, it was rich m and tender, beautifully cooked meat that melted in the mouth, (not stingy with the meat either) Every bite was bursting with deep, authentic flavour — truly a standout dish. The chicken tikka was just as impressive: succulent, smoky, and packed with perfectly balanced spices. It was cooked to absolute perfection, juicy on the inside with a lightly charred, flavourful exterior. Once you dip it in the mint sauce and put it together with the garlic nan its top tier. Beyond the food, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect place to relax and enjoy a proper meal. The staff were genuinely lovely, very attentive and friendly.Their service really added to the overall experience. This is one of those rare places where everything comes together: exceptional food, fantastic ambience, and wonderful service. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning!

   We ordered takeaway scheduled to arrive at 7:30, it arrived just after 7 so I had to find a way to keep it warm. Sorry to say that the lamb in both curries was rather tough. The poppadoms were good. But overall it felt as if not enough time had been given to get it right.

   Had an excellent evening at The Lane tonight. Great welcome from the time we stepped through the door from Shubin and his colleague. Very attentive and warm. The food was exceptional we had the Monk Fish Balti by special request, as its not listed on the menu, accompanied by Tarka Dhal, Lemon Rice and Garlic Naan. Absolutely delish - Thank you all. We'll be back!

   Very high quality local Indian. Great flavours and atmosphere for a small local venue. If you want value for money try their around the world menu on a Tuesday to sample new dishes.

   LOL. "fake review", yeah sorry, don't have a receipt from nearly a year ago. Check the tone from the response here to get an accurate idea about the customer service. Appalling place, not a patch on how it used to be.

   Ordered delivery at 8:30, didnt hear anything from them for 1 hour and 40 minutes, called them to be told my order still isnt cooked so had no choice but to cancel. They told me 45-50 minutes over the phone i allowed double that and it wasnt even on its way! Awful service why even bother taking orders if you can't fulfil them! Wont order from here again! UPDATE. Just as i was about to post this it arrived, not hot, barely warm, naan bread stone cold. Curry extremely oily. What a disappointment. No idea what the good reviews are about, be warned!

   Celebrated my sons 21st birthday here last night. The food was amazing, staff were amazing. Very friendly and attentive, made all 10 of us feel welcome and comfortable. Will definitely come back again. Thank you guys for your amazing customer service
