Absolutely shocking. Food arrived an hour late , cold congealed inedible. Spoke to restaurant for help - not interested which has left me no choice but to leave a poor review. Do not use this Chinese takeaway.
Ordered food at 6.20 on a Thursday night through Just Eat. After over 2 hours and 4 calls to the takeaway, it arrived, freezing cold and inedible.i was lied to kept being told 10 mins,I'm not impatient but 2 hrs 15 for a Chinese is bang out of order,I airfield the chips but the rest went in the bin as I'd lost interest,this used to be our go to place but I will never order from here again you should be ashamed of yourself you take my money and offer a less than substandard service, absolutely shocking,I advise anyone not to use them
Spring rolls are meant to be cylindrical and have vegetable filling no ? Correct yes so tell me why these are just flat pieces of empty pastry .
I actually can not believe this takeaway is still open for business. I do not know anyone who has had a nice takeaway from here! Spent nearly £60. None of it was edible. The crispy chicken and the ribs were just rock hard! It all had a weird taste. We went hungry in the end and now I’m £60 quid down. Inedible!
The delivery took 1 hour 30 mins when it said 40 mins to an hour , the chicken balls were un edible, the meat in the special curry could only eat the chicken the other 2 meats were too thick and couldn't chew them. Very disappointed! Won't order again or recommended to anyone. The amount of food left is not much less than we recieved
This is a warning!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE. couldn’t even bite into the chicken it was that rubbery, the chips were cold and soggy, chow mien dry as the sahara desert and trying to crack the prawn crackers was a work out in itself! Id like a refund as we have barely ate a single thing, could even send the whole order back to you if you like #notimpressed. never ordering from here again. !!!! should be getting 0 stars not 1
The food had not arrived forty five minutes after I had ordered it; the chicken chop suey was dreadful and the prawn crackers vile and quite unlike any other that I have had.
8 boxes costed 37 pounds. We family of 3 can only costume half of that. Good taste and truly recommend it.
Placed my order at 17:30 for an 20:15 delivery, that's over 2 and half hours they had to cook the food and get it sent to me and they still managed to be half hour late! Nothing amazing, avoid the chips
