   Ordered 3 meals at 5oclock waited 2 hours for delivery after being told it would be delivered by 6:15 latest, 7pm and still no food contacted restaurant to be told food left 45 minutes ago and the manager was out. Chef hung the phone up on us twice and was very rude

   Ordered online Just Eat at 6.10pm last night.told me estimated delivery 7.05pm. After a few irate calls and my partner being sworn at by a member of staff the food finally arrived at 8pm. Almost a 2 hour wait. Food was absolutely revolting. Tasteless curries, looked like sludge, most of it went in the bin. First time we tried. And never ever again. Avoid

   Joy Spice never fails to impress! This was our second order, and once again, we were blown away by both the food and the service. Ordered a bunch of dishes to try and they were all brought out quickly and bursting with flavor. A delightful surprise was the complimentary naan and papadums, a thoughtful touch that added to the overall experience. Recommend this place wholeheartedly.

   Walked in and placed a takeaway order. The food was ready in 20 mins. Adraki chicken was good. The naan was ok but not how the Indian Naan is. Lemon rice is pulav rice with lemon and not the South indian lemon rice if you are expecting one.

   I felt a bit peckish, and it was rather late on in the evening, so a quick call to Joy Spice to order some food to tide me by. Very pleasant and helpful on the phone, and I was advised that my order would be ready within 20 minutes as I opted to collect as they are walking distance away. My order included a Chicken Tikka starter (thank you), Bombay Aloo side dish and a Chicken Madras main course. My only complaint would be (and this isn't really a complaint in fairness) that it would be really nice if they used chicken thigh instead of breast. Nonetheless, all very yummy and ticked all the necessary boxes. Will order again soon. Keep up the good work Team Joy Spice.

   This restaurant received an order through Deliveroo and accepted. I am a diabetic and it was the last order of the evening. I tried to explain to both the driver and the manager that I understood why they couldn’t deliver it but queried how quickly I would get refunded as I needed to order quickly from somewhere else. I was trying to explain that they need to speak to Deliveroo about placing them in front of the wrong customers. Instead, I received a barrage of shouting in another language. In the end I was hung up on. If this is how you treat potential customers don’t be surprised when you get a bad review on Google. There was absolutely no need for the way this situation was handled and I would really recommend that your customers take their custom elsewhere. I am disgusted!!!

   My first time using this restaurant and was quite pleased my food came within the hour delivery. Half my food was lovely the other half not so much.saying that I would use it again. The good weighed out the bad and it was hot.

   My post code is outside of their delivery area as I’ve moved. This was over a year ago and they still deliver to me after calling and requesting. Food pipping hot. Great service good portions and so well priced. Honestly call them if they don’t show up on delivery sites. I’m really fussy about food hygiene and quality. Always a go to for me and delivery guy is lovely too.

   Wouldnt ever again order from there. First of all 2 hours late ordered at 5 recieved at 7.30 Called the restaurant told them my food was cold,bread was soggy popadoms was stale and the currys well (see for yourself) wouldnt even give it to a dog. It wasnt a curry it was a container of oil they wouldnt do anything about it. So went through justeat as they refused to give myself a refund. Absolutely disgusting customer service.
