   Doesn't issue refunds if you buy in the store, the minimum wage staff member laughed at me when I asked for a refund that started a smarmy rehearsed "I don't do refunds I can give you a exchange or a store credit" His 2 other colleges were behind the counter watching stuff on one of their mobiles

   Very good store with plenty of sportswear available. Best thing I like about the store is that the staff leave you to browse in peace and assist you when you need their help. Sometimes there are bargains to be had. The prices are much more favourable than it's competitors. Not sure if there is more than 1 changing room per floor. Escalator and lift make it easy to access. Yes I would recommend this store.

   Terrible customer service. The guy with bad acne shouldn't be working in a customer facing job. This store stole 40 pounds off me and customer services have been less than helpful. Please do NOT shop here

   This store is in a good location, with 2 entrances and several floors. I wanted to try on football boots but had trouble deciding which ones were best, luckily there were patient, helpful young staff who went to fetch different sizes for me to try on. Good place for gifts, sportswear, bags, and shoes.

   Good place for sports wears and kits. Also have more options for casual wear. Relatively cheaper than many other stores. In Mersey way Town Centre. Park the car in Peel center and come here.
