We dont usually come here but being a Monday our usual place was shut. Thw food was lovely, my wife's comment wa the bwst chow mein she has had in years. We may need to move our first choice when going for a chinese takeaway. Thank you Rubu staff x

Ordered a home delivery, the order was delivered on time and courteously but the one of the dishes was completely incorrect and some of the sides looked and tasted like they’d been cooked days before, rubbery chips for example. The following day my daughter and her friend had upset stomachs too. Not impressed and won’t be ordering again.
Ordered from here for the first time and very disappointed with what we got. Ordered 4 3in 1s and some wontons all came stone cold. Rang the restaurant to see if we could have a refund for it as we would have to use the microwave to heat it. The girl on the phone was very rude and not very understanding. She told us to carry on and use the microwave to re heat the food which is supposed to be delivered warm at least. Because there isn’t anything physical wrong with the food she denied giving us a refund unless we sent the food back. Agreed that we would send the food back to get a refund but still waiting for it to be collected. I understand that it’s “just cold food” but when you’re paying nearly £30 for a few items from a “well established business” you’d expect the food to be delivered hot. No other takeaways deliver cold food and if they do they sort it out
Took 45 minutes to deliver food which is a 5 minute drive , food came cold & when calling to report this and ask for a refund for given verbal abuse and spoken to like dirt and told its not their fault that the driver didn’t keep the food warm

I am newly relocate to nearby so first time order delivery from here. Very tasty Chinese food. service is good provided by a family business. delivery on time and accurate. definitely become one of my family bistro.
I moved up here from Birmingham about 6 weeks ago I kid you not this is the best Chinese I have ever ate from .everything is so fresh always hot and fast delivery. My mom will only eat from 5* restaurants and this is by far the best Chinese she has had she tells everyone about it lol my uncle came to stay at mine and said the same about it . I just had to write a review absolutely delicious food
