   Ordered Garlic Chicken Tikka Chilli Massala, it said it would be with a special green sauce, the dish was serviced with lumps of half cooked garlic, three full chillies and a red dry gravy which didn’t match the description. My partner enjoyed the korma which you can’t mess up!

   Staff can come across a bit rude, I'm very selective with the Indians I eat and all I can say is Wow, this is the best food I've had since moving up here from crayford, this was my 3rd time ordering from if I had to criticise something it would be the onion Bajis are very big and the Bombay potatoes could do with a little more flavour but thats me trying to find something to criticise. 10/10 food, balti chicken tikka masala was banging!

   overall I had a decent experience. The menu had a good variety of dishes to choose from and I ordered the chicken tikka masala and one of biryani. The food arrived within the estimated delivery time and was hot and fresh. The chicken tikka masala was flavorful, However, the dishes were not as spicy as I would have preferred, so I had to add my own spices at home. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful when taking my order, and the delivery was prompt and hassle-free. In summary, while Sher E Bangla did have some positives, such as friendly staff and prompt delivery, the food was not as spicy as I would have preferred but overall delicious foods very recommended

   Put in a order at 10.30 called at 11.30 to see what was happening to be told they didn’t get my order and didn’t care! Drove there to show them they had took my money and show them proof off order to be told whilst shrugging there shoulders it wasn’t there problem and I would get a refund at some point. Will never order for her again staff are the rudest iv ever come across whilst ordering take away.

   The food is alright but the service is so dodgy. First I get my food two hours after delivery completely out of the pockets and cold. Called them to complain the manager reply is that the driver was drunk and the next time we order we get half price on the food. Called the next time to place the order he take the order after waiting another two hours to get it delivered we call to check on the food and he choose to refund it without consenting about it. The whole agreement is suddenly different. The manager is as serious as their delivery driver. Not good..

   Ordered my food at 5 o’clock for myself and family including young children, I phoned 5 times all in all to see where my food was and The driver had taken it to the wrong address and tried to argue with me and call me a liar that I had the food delivered eventually at 8 o’clock 3 hours later my food come but by then I’d already had to make my 2 hungry children dinner so the evening was ruined. I tried to tell them that they was recommended to me and it was my first time ordering an how disappointed I was they wasn’t interested said a quick sorry and hung up! Disgraceful customer service from the shop and the driver an for that reason I won’t be re ordering or recommending!
