    I recently visited Sweet Day and had the pleasure of trying their fruit tea and baked cheesecake, which were both absolutely lovely. While the majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, my experience was not entirely perfect. Unfortunately, there were a few times when the service fell short. For example, when I ordered a drink, it took 15-20 minutes to arrive due to a mistake made by the staff which required them to start my order again from scratch. While mistakes can happen, it did detract from my overall experience. Despite this hiccup, I still enjoyed my visit to Sweet Day and would recommend it.

    Very authentic Chinese desserts especially their homemade taro balls definitely the best I've ever had in Birmingham. Only problem was the translation of their menu a little bit confusing for Brits I guess but u can always ask them since staff are all friendly and nice especially the tall chef Ethan lol, thanks a lot will come back for sure
