amazing experience, the food was great! especially the sweet and sour chicken as well as braised beef! The drinks were so good, the service was amazing, the staff went their way to make our experience amazing, everything was clean! The manager was so welcoming and friendly! Overall will be coming back with friends and family!
This place was excellent, giving proper Japanese karaoke vibes, excellent service from lovely staff that where more than happy to help with anything. Great selection of drinks and cocktails. We came here exclusively to use the karaoke facilities and there was only 1 other room in use and I don't know why as it's amazing. Easy to get drinks with a call button on the wall, great themed rooms. Will be returning.
Had been wanting to try visiting here for quite a while so waited for a special occasion to do so. There is quite a wide variety of dishes but if you don't eat meat, you will be restricted for choice. I eat fish and seafood so could choose these dishes but was disappointed there weren't more with tofu. We managed to have several plates of the savoury dishes but didn't try any of the desserts. We didn't book ahead but didn't wait too long for a table.
Food was all incredible, great selection of incredible flavours. Tasty cocktails and attentive service. Special thank you to our server, Flo; who looked after us at every opportunity.
I visited Ming Moon Buffet in Birmingham and had a pleasant experience overall. They offered a wide variety of food options, and the price was reasonable. The food tasted good, and I especially liked that they had plenty of desserts to choose from. The staff did a great job clearing plates from the tables promptly, which made the dining experience smoother. The décor was also nice and added to the atmosphere. Overall, I was satisfied with both the food and the service, and I would recommend Ming Moon Buffet to others.
Great karaoke rooms, good song lists, really friendly staff, and we were able to extend our booking no problem. We had a great night and will be returning in the future.
I always have fun, with friends here but I think it would be better to have even more people so your in a larger room on the top floor and not on the ground floor too far from the buffet and the rooms get very stuffy.
Can't comment on the food as we arrived at midnight for 2 hours of hen-do karaoke. The room was great (named crazy rich Asians) was really spacious with plenty of seating, 2 large wall mounted TVs, good choice of songs, nice lighting and a button to call the host who was very good at his job, he explained everything well and was friendly and welcoming. Good selection of songs, some of them had the original videos playing alongside the songs as well.
Service and price was decent but mixed feelings on the Karaoke. First of all the sound system and booths are great. We booked for 6 and had plenty of room, and the price per head included drinks etc. Mics and sound were very good BUT the choice of songs are incredibly limited/outdated. Not only that, but a lot of the songs are not originals and have SUPER WEIRD stock videos with out-of-sync lyrics, which we found to be very annoying. For that reason I can't really recommend this place for Karaoke, there are better options in Birmingham.
