Avoid! Tiny portions at large prices. Previously generous meals with extras like sauce pots have been replaced by very small meals. But the prices have gone up.

Ordered 1 x Large Hotbox and a Salt & Pepper Crispy Chicken box using uber eats. Both items i ordered was on offer, offering a buy one get one free. Do not be fooled, i received no more food than you get in one box, the portion size was an absolute disgrace. Ive had food food here many of times so i know what i should have received. I can guarentee they will not do this offering in store as they wouldnt get away with it. The noodle box 1 was half empty the other barely 3 quarters full. The crispy salt & pepper chicken looked like, what i thought was just rice, which i didnt order. (Gave option to select rice or noodles) didnt select eother as 9nly eanted the crispy s&p chicken. You basically had to search for the chicken, both boxes not even a quarter full again with 2 very small pieces of chicken. Makes sense why they put the rice in as again they coukdmt get away with putting just 2 pieces of very small chicken in q box. I have never ever left any negative reviews regarding food in my life, i have never ever complaimed about food whilst eating out in person either, i dont believe in it. But i must inform the people about this. You cant even contqct the store, the number they display is out of service. Hmm?

Worst experience I’ve ever had with a delivery. My partner ordered a combo box with GF rice noodles, however it arrived with udon noodles that he couldn’t eat due to being coeliac. The box had 1 piece of beef in it. I ordered the vegan teriyaki box, which again came with the wrong noodles, and also had prawns. None of the food could be eaten. We also bought the Chinese 5 spice fries, which were absolutely terrible and just coated in a very dry spice powder. Horrible.

I was really disappointed with my order at Wok&Go. The noodles were burnt, and even though I paid for a large portion, it only came with two small pieces of chicken and almost no vegetables. I even put half of the portion on a plate to check if maybe it just looked small in the box—but no, it really was that bad. In the end, I had to throw the whole thing away. Definitely not worth the money….

Sent us the wrong noodles (one normal noodle, ons vermicelli noodle box we order) both come vermicelli, so either the one that made it is either thick or couldn't be bothered to make two separate noodles. No longer beef, chicken & pork, just a limited amount of pale chicken now, hardly any veg whatsoever. Used to be a good place but it's gone really downhill, they've raised prices whilst limiting the meat & veg now. Basically a highly overpriced box of noodles only, will be the last time I eat from here.

Genuinely can’t believe I am writing this. Just been to this place and walked in, not a soul was sat down. Should have been a red flag . The guy at the counter was talking to somebody he knew, took no notice of us, eventually we worked out that there were tablets to order on. We went to do so and saw there was tieda student offer so said can we add our student ID. He said yes can we see. My partner showed his ID and I showed my uni days which has a photo. He fully laughed in my face. CACKLED. I said, why are you laughing. He eventually said “ it’s just the photo, because your hair is tied back now”. Clearly the photo of me was one with makeup and my hair down and now I had my hair tied back and glasses on because I had just finished work. He was unapologetic and rude and we eventually left.

No ingredients in it as mentioned on their menu... I have tried them many times and l can hardly find any veggies or egg in my noodle... If you can find the veggies, they should offer you a prize for sure. Dry and poor but expensive...and not possiblet to get what you ordered. Always a mistake

Just been here after a long train journey. What an absolute waste of money, if I could give no stars I would. Ordered a large sweet chilli box and can’t see a single piece of meat in the whole box, no pineapple, no egg, nothing. What looks like bits of batter, when cut open has nothing inside. I can only assume this was Ann attempt to trick you into thinking it was crispy chicken. On further inspection it looks like I’ve been given a sweet n sour box, there is no sweet and sour about it, tasteless and at £8.90 I’m STUNNED
