I had a great experience at Hilltribe in Richmond. The moment I walked in, the place felt warm and inviting, with a relaxed atmosphere that made me comfortable straight away. The service was excellent β friendly, attentive, and fast. I felt genuinely welcomed and looked after throughout my visit. The food was the highlight. Everything tasted fresh, flavourful, and perfectly balanced. The spices were done just right, and the dishes had that authentic Thai taste thatβs hard to find. Portions were generous too, which I really appreciated. Overall, I was impressed with both the quality of the food and the service. A really enjoyable meal, and Iβll definitely come back.

Food is good Thai food. Service is good. Nice family owner business atmosphere. There is nothing cooperate just good home cooked Thai food. Sauce for the satay was excellent. Vietnamese spring rolls excellent as it is not deep fried. Pad Thai is good so was the beef sizzler.

Been here often, this is the only Thai I go to in Richmond. I want to give a special shoutout to Guey Tiew Nam which became my recent comfort food. It's so good and heartwarming. It's basically pork soup noodle, but like what you would have in South East Asia. Their curry laksa is pretty good too, on top of the usual pad Thai and fried rice.

Delicious and authentic Thai Restaurant... Ordered the recommended menu by the staff, and it was really good. The dessert was also delicious. The staffs were friendly, and helpful. The ambiance/atmosphere was nice, with soft music, good interior design, and not too noisy. Toilet for customers is available.

Very nice little Thai restaurant run by 3 adorable ladies. Watch out when they bring out the sizzling beef and its smoke haha but beside that the dishes are tasty, the service attentive and the room not too loud. The Menu A Standard is perfect selection. The soup and the curry were delicious. The Ice cream is not very exciting though. Conveniently located less than 10 min walk from Richmond station.

Remarkably nice Thai food for the price, very good tom yum and was impressed with the lamb special. Staff are really friendly, and appeared to assume my friend and I were a gay couple when they provided us with one free dessert and two spoons. This, while a little off the mark, was a very nice gesture and shows they are LGBT friendly! Despite this, they don't include a service charge so make sure you give them a tip.

Very good and cheap Thai restaurant! Waitress is so nice, friendly and helpful! Service charge is NOT included but some customers are too cheap to leave any tips which I find revolting as waitress is always so nice. Food is authentic Thai and 2 course Β£6.95 You can not find anywhere cheaper than that and nice. Itβs shame some customers are so stingy wouldnβt leave any tips. Please come and try but please leave some tips if service is good as she works so hard to please everyone ! She works alone and lunch can be busy. Be kind and enjoy lunch !

Price-wise this is the best experience ever. However quality-wise you shouldnt expect much. We've ordered the tofu pad thai and the tofu panang curry with spring rolls and paid only Β£12! Of course, we were not impressed by anything. The vegetables were not fresh, the tofu overcooked. For the price, I guess the quality is fair. The location is great, centre of Richmond, which given the price is astonishing itself. Worth the visit if you want a very cheap place to eat, but do not expect the greatest quality
