Well on first impression the place is dirty rubbish all over the floor. No lids for the cups no straws no napkins. The chips and the nacos have far to much seasoning on tother point of cant eat them. And the food was cold. Won't be coming here again.
Ordered the Loaded Fries Burrito. The cajun fries were well over seasoned. Could do with much less as they were very salty. Nice and hot and the staff were friendly. Empty the bins and clear the tables more frequently, you should reach 5*
Jack is the best employee! We come to Taco Bell about twice a month and we always order the same thing. After a while, Jack started remembering our order, which makes the whole experience so much easier and more pleasant. Seriously, he’s the best!
The ordered meal was excellently prepared. Ideal portions and full satisfaction, highly recommended thanks to staff member Luca. He put in every effort to ensure the customer was happy. I will definitely return, thanks to Luca!
The food was cold. The restaurant was filthy, the floors, tables and seats. The staff have no customer skills at all. Swearing while talking to another staff member, while customers wait?. Not professional at all. We have had enough of Taco Bell amd will not be returning.
Good food good service not enough veggie options
Another fast food franchise that i don't personally eat at (due to having an IBD induced restricted diet). I'm "just the driver", but i have to state that it always smells wonderful and i only wish that i could actually eat some of it. Having said that, i did sample a couple of chips from the order and can confirm they were delicious. The rest of the order was split between the passengers, each having the festive Crunchmas Box, they ate the lot and enjoyed every mouthful, stating that it's probably the best TacoBell meal they've ever had. Now the negatives...... 1) even though there was nobody in the drive-thru in front of us and the car park was mostly empty, we had to wait over 10 minutes to get the food, by which time there were quite a few cars waiting behind us 2) this is yet another brand that have apparently stopped offering/selling "regular" drinks, instead they provide varieties that are made with various "sweeteners". We have quite a severe intolerance to such sweeteners, so our choice of Beveridge is now severely restricted. On this occasion, this location was able to provide a can of regular Pepsi. We can only hope that they continue to offer this choice of drink (and also wish that other food franchises would do the same instead of just completely removing the sale of sugar drinks)
Really helpful friendly staff. Made a detour via here heading back towards Newcastle from Cleethorpes and the guy behind the counter was super friendly, we had a great conversation as we waited. Food as all other Taco Bell was spot on, served quickly, came hot with no issues. Only thing I would say was the atmosphere inside lacked a little. Seemed very clinical and functional.
Poor customer service. Said to my partially sighted mother with a magnifying glass "heres a free drink" and handed her a cup with a hole in the bottom. Very funny. She's not a teenager. Its unprofessional and really weird bullying a customer! Got a refund, never going here again.
