   Good experience overall, but the men’s toilets’ single cubicle urgently needs some TLC. It’s shameful for a restaurant where you easily spend over £100 on a meal for two. No criticism whatsoever of the staff who were uniformly charming and polite, but yeah that toilet really needs addressing! (And please don’t store toilet roll on the floor in a men’s toilet — it’s gross — please create a storage shelf.) Message to Busaba management!

   Overall okay, but Not recommended if you are looking for an authentic Thai restaurant. Ordered Pad Thai, Mango Sticky Rice, Tom Yum Soup， Beef Brisket Curry…. I have to say, the most authentic Thai taste is in that bottle of Singha beer.

   Not the most authentic Thai food restaurant, but the service and atmosphere is absolutely fantastic! I love the interior design with spacious dining table and cozy lighting. For food, tom yum soup is a bit salty. It would be better if add more acidity to the soup. And personally, I don't like the noodles inside the soup. I suggest to replace with glass noodles. Pork skewer is a quite disappointed, as it is just meat ball. My recommendation is Classic Pad Thai, which taste really good!

   We tried Busaba at Westfield on busy Saturday and there a queue outside to enter. To our surprise there were spaces available inside however might be because of staff shortage there did not offered us a table, so we waited for 20 minutes. Duck was cooked fine but noodles was missing the taste and chicken was rubbery. Ambience is just alright and table is shared with others as well so keep that in mind if you are looking for private space

   The food is great. Tastes are authentic and packed with flavour. The portions are very small for the amount of money paid. Service is extremely slow and servers seem to be lost at times - they are most definitely under staffed. Very large eatery in which you might share a table with others which makes the experience nice and friendly. The papaya salad is beautifully made and fragrant. The green curry is amazing and does not have the generic paste flavour. Pork belly was soft and falling apart with utter bliss. Ginger beef had a nice punch of spice. Chicken wings were crispy outside and tender on the inside.

   The food was really good. We had the duck noodles and the chicken green curry. Service was a little slow but the service we did have was good. The portion size was quite small. For £55, I would have liked a little bit more.

   Very convenient spot next to Westfield. Not the most cosy interior but the service is fast and friendly, and the food came quick as well. Overall good Thai food, not blown away but it was good value for money and we enjoyed it. The calamari was actually very nice and well cooked as well, not at all rubbery. Would come back for a quick bite
