   On a Friday just before Christmas we managed to get a Table at short notice and very glad we did. Excellent food, all piping hot and a good range on a small Menu... and with the House Wine by the Litre and reasonable quality and price to. Will definitely return.

   I went here last night with my friend and our kids (12 and 1). The food was pretty good. Tasty and hot. No black pepper offered, other than the ground stuff on the table. Parmesan done in the kitchen, rather than at the table. The service was baseline. The young girls seemed nice but the woman who was our dedicated waiter was a bit odd. She seemed like she was either the owner or head waiter. She was the least friendly she could get away with, wasn’t attentive at all and didn’t acknowledge my young sons existence, other than to bark “MINE” at him when he reached out for a menu that she was holding. I left feeling weird and unwelcome. Maybe not the place to take young kids, but probably OK if you’re a couple. The restaurant was very clean, as were the toilets.

   Never been here before, after an amazing 3 course meal with the family I'm now thinking I've been missing out. What an amazing hidden gem of a restaurant. Everything was on point, food amazing, service and communication fantastic. Will definitely return in the future. Thank you Italian Cottage.

   Nice little place and the food was good but not great. Meatballs were not very tasty and the sauce was just a basic tomato sauce. The rocket and parmesan salad was covered in an overly sweet balsamic so it didn't get eaten, the garlic breads were good and had a nice thin base and the pasta dishes were nice. The price felt a little high for the quality of food and the service felt rushed and not overly friendly although one young lady was lovely.

   Been here quite a few times now and it’s never disappointed, accommodated over 25 of us each time for a family gathering. The service and food have always been absolutely amazing, staff are always extremely helpful, happy and attentive. Food is absolutely fabulous and we have a hard time every time choosing what we’d like. Always a good little deal on on Mondays where it’s a pizza pasta combination deal which is a great bonus

   We have visited this place a few times now and would highly recommend it to everyone. We arrived slightly late to our booking but they were very accommodating and got us seated straight away with a little moving around. The food was amazing and very hot.

   It's been along time since I've been here but it won't be as long next time.Called on a Saturday night there was a nice atmosphere considering it was quite early.I choose a starter of lobster ravioli off the specials board and also my main from here as well. Both were cooked just right with some great flavours.See you soon.

   We took our 2 young granddaughters for a meal. A lovely evening with great food at a reasonable price. Only problem was that our table was upstairs. I'm partially sighted and struggle with dimly lit areas and the staircase was a bit daunting but, fortunately, it didn't marr the occasion. Perhaps mobility could be a consideration during any booking calls. Many thanks for a lovely evening.
