Food was good. Service was variable. Music too loud and volume apparently can only be controlled by Head office and has to stay fixed to keep the flow of customers apparently. So, it seems that it is more important that they do this than consider the customer being comfortable. Previously, they were able to turn down the music a bit, which was appreciated during a quiet lunchtime when it isn't busy and made it more pleasant and enjoyable. ** I have exchanged emails with Head office since writing the above and they have clarified that the waitress gave us wrong information about the volume control. They can adjust it but this particular waitress seems to have not wanted to. I have adjusted the stars to 4 stars from 3 and look forward to returning .
