   First time ordering after a leaflet was put through the door. Absolutely no complaints, which is unusual for me. The member of staff on the phone was polite, quick, and listened when I gave instructions on how to easily find the address. Food arrived when they said it would and it was still hot. The meat, both chicken and beef was tender. The rice wasn't greasy, and the spring rolls were crisp and fresh. Cannot fault them on anything, including the price. We have normally frequented Middleton Chinese but this might have just converted us.

   Just ordered the same meal I have ordered for the past 12 months at the same address...it turns up..half is missing and hair in my beef!!! Rung them to explain what was happening and asked them to send their driver to get their food and give me my money and got nothing but abuse down the phone...wasn't interested at all!! NEVER EVER order from these set of jokers.... In your reply you said that I ate my whole meal when I said there was a hair...actually the meal went in the bin because of the hair and the fact by the time I had finished on the phone to you the meal was cold...I have ordered the same thing for the last 12 months...2 gravy IS NOT 1 gravy and 1 prawn crackers which IS what I ordered..complete and utter waste of time and money.. £20 down and I was still sat there hungry so thanks for that...I can promise I will not be spending another penny!!! If you mess an order up then rectify it!!! All you had to do was send the prawn crackers which would have taken 5 minutes but instead my partner had nothing to go with his SF rice...instead you spend nearly 10 min on the phone to me and my partner playing dumb!!!! Custom lost because you couldn't send me what I ordered... you have robbed me of £20...like you where told last night on the phone!

   Great food but staff don't listen. Got wrong starter. They came to "swap" even though the starter l ordered was £4 cheaper. Would not refund difference even though their mistake. Quite p'd off. The driver was sweet & tried hard to get refund. I said to him forget it, it's a principle thing. Keep as a tip.

   Just had a delivery arrived hot and looked appetising Won tons delicious and crispy,I ordered the mixed crispy noodles ,it was really nice good mixture and noodles were thin some soft some crispy, thoroughly enjoyed ,hubby ordered water chestnuts special equally tasty and fresh. We rang the order through the gentleman who answered was very polite and patient as we didnt have site of a menu ,delivery driver friendly Will definitely order again

   Really bad service. Food cold. Chips reheated and everything is onions and cheap vegetable. If you order food with meat then expect to be disappointed. I bet the spare are more like spare bones

   Absolutely disappointed, food came cold and was more like a onion curry instead of beef curry , didnt even eat it and ended up having to order from somewhere else and when I phoned up to complain and ask for money back they said nothing they can do and put phone down on me . Will not be ordering from them again So I don't know how to reply to your comment so like I stated I did not eat your food and is still here if you want to send your driver to pick it up

   I always order form here and it's always lovely and I'll never go to another Chinese. But unfortunately yesterday I ordered over the phone, delivery took over an hour, plus I ordered a chicken curry - whilst I was eating it, I noticed a prawn in my curry ( which I'm allergic too ) and what looked to be beef meat, and very small amount of chicken. I only didn't ring to complain because I waited a while for my order. But unfortunately its put me off on ordering again for a while.

   Absolute jokers. 1hr 25mins for food to come and when it come salt n pepper chips defo been re heated ive been one of them guys thats been smashed n woke up n munched cold food half cut still so i no the taste n thats defo re heated chips. Im a regular customer n the quality of food in past few months is shocking and defo gonna have to look elsewhere.

   Amazing service. Tasty food! Was wowed by the prices too. 5 dishes at a discount - plenty to go round for a family of 4. Cannot be beaten on value!
