Disgusting service and food. I order a king prawn fried rice all i got was egg fried rice tried calling them they were closed even though their menu said 2 hours open from when i called. They are washing money through business and dont care. Will see to them tomorrow. Fried rice was like a Asda's style
Have been using Chopsticks for years now. Generally fast service, they have always gotten our order correct. When we use delivery it arrives quickly and is still hot and fresh. Collection orders are normally done very quickly to.
Ordered takeaway from here tonight as our local was closed, and it was so good! The sweet and sour sauce was actually sour and really tasty, the chilli beef was great, the egg fried rice really nice. Didn't feel *too* greasy. Fiance had the spring chicken and really enjoyed it too! Will be returning for sure!
Asked for chicken chow mein with sauce got a beef with no sauce. Always the same never get owt right
Absolutely disgusting customer service - items were missing from the order, I appreciate human error but what I did not expect was to be told that I am lying. After a conversation on the phone for close to 10 minutes (all whilst the rest of the food goes cold) I was told that they will send the missing item out but will have to wait 45 minutes, pointless as the rest of the food would be flat cold . As we've ordered from here numerous times I had expected better, after the phone call I had earlier though I will not be ordering from here again.
I ordered a cheesecake with my rice and it didn't come. On the website, it said 'cash on delivery £7.40' so that's the change I had prepared. I just checked the receipt attached when it arrived, and it says '£7.90'. I didn't get the cheesecake, but I didn't pay the 40p either, so I guess we're even? Please be clear on how much the customer needs to pay on the website next time.
Absolutely, categorically shocking. Ordered staple dishes that any Chinese should be able to produce at a minimum, basic level quality and even that they managed to screw up. Bland, tasteless food that sits horribly when you take a bite. It's like eating already chewed food. Threw about 80% away since it was just inedible.
Usually I love Chinese takeaway but this I didn't enjoy at all. The vegetables used were very limited mainly just budget onion and carrot. The prawns were rubbery. Worst of all the sauces (kungo po and schezuan) were gloopy and artificial taste and texture. The prawn crackers had an edge of staleness to them and was a tiny bag for £2.50. The whole meal was £30 for 2 (no starters) and for that price could have done much better elsewhere. Delivery was 15 minutes after the end of the time slot (Friday night).
Delivery completely ignored instructions on multiple occasions asked for no chilli flakes for some of our food, it’s almost seemed Asif they purposefully did they exact opposite and put extra chillis each time, food was also very dry
