If I could give negative stars, I would. Absolutely the worse place I've ever been for customer service
Limited gluten free options, but the gluten free lemon drizzle was nice and the smoothie was refreshing, my friend had a latte and said it was decent so nice little spot, pain to try and get a seat anywhere sometimes but overall nice little spot
amazing place ..like a tardis as only a small doorway entrance but once up the stairs a number of beautifully decorated rooms with loads of atmosphere. Highly recommended but very busy

Gorgeous place. Super sitting and views. Very big space so lots of seats. Huge food and drink selection. Coffee and the cakes were amazing.
Visited here on our recent trip to Liverpool after spotting it on the high street. We were shocked at how big it was inside when we went in and the different choice of rooms we had to sit in. The coffee was tasty, however was a little on the small side considering I'd paid a bit extra as I opted for the larger size. The temperature of the coffee was also a slight issue as it wasn't incredibly warm so I felt like I needed to somewhat rush it. In hindsight, I should have probably asked for it to be a bit hotter and I'm sure the lovely friendly staff would have obliged without question. Would definitely recommend a visit here as it was such a lovely atmosphere and the coffee really did taste good.
