   I am one of those that never normally writes reviews but bases most things I buy on reviews! However I had to write a review to say how good Matt was. Good customer service is sadly becoming a rarity, but yesterday Matt was stunning! Very friendly, very helpful and just overall absolute pleasure to buy from! I also admire someone who is good at sales, when they do it naturally and you don’t feel like you’re being sold to. As someone who has worked in Sales for over 30 years, I can admire this talent! Thank you Matt and keep up the good work! :)

   Completed an online questionnaire to return an item, as per instructions, screenshot attached, went to currys Altrincham to return my item, but honourable lady, refused to entertain the return. Asked did u open the box, I said yes and I mentioned to her box was never sealed it was always opened when it was handed over to me, as you can see no marks of any adhesive tap etc. She agreed to my this observation but still refused to process the return. Since I said I opened the box (not the item), it has to be returned online, etc, and sent me away.  Instructions, attached, by no way correspond to the verbal policy she read out to me. She offered me a gift voucher instead, but after this disappointment, Currys is the last store I would buy or recommend. They need to look around and grow up. Retail has moved on from early 20s. I told her I drove all the way to the store after reading online instructions, but she refused to accommodate me, made me feel as if buying or returning at Currys was a huge mistake.

   Came into the Altrincham Broadheath branch. Purchased a washer/dryer and fridge freezer. The sales assistant Mark was absolutely fantastic. Really informative. Got delivery for the next day. He's an asset to the store with a really friendly demeanour and lovely personality. I rarely do reviews but felt I had too after such a positive experience.

   Decent range of electronics. Hardly any staff. Didn't get any help. Picked up what was needed. Had to wait for someone at the checkout for a while.. Wanted to check out some Sony TVs but they were all switched off. Guess it had to do with the LG promotion.

   Revisited the store for new chest freezers, I got exactly what I wanted and delivered the following week which was perfect, Tracy looked after me brilliantly as last time I visited too. I was kept informed on delivery and old freezer’s taken away . Thank you Tracy.

   I've placed an online order after seeing the availability of stock for a microwave. Delivery was estimated 3 days after but surprisingly when I get to the store to check the progress of my order they told me is out of stock. I tried to cancel the order because I urgently needed another microwave and guess what? I couldn't. Contacted the store and after all this mess I received such a rude and inappropriate behaviour. Well done Currys.. I really would like to see how this people are trained and what kind of induction they received..

   Went to look for a new vacuum cleaner. Machines were on a shelf so hard to look at and compare, price labels were up too high to read properly and lights shining on them made it near impossible to read. The vacuum we decided on was known to be out of stock by the staff member! Why not put a notice on the information to say its out if stock?! Left without a vacuum feeling disappointed.

   On Thursday we went to your Altrincham store to purchase a dishwasher Mark was absolutely wonderful he was so full of knowledge and wasn't rushing us for a sale. We were so impressed with him , I had done some research before going in but his knowledge was invaluable. We even ended up buying a tumble dryer. Excellent customer service Mark. We would also like to thank the very helpful delivery guys Ian and Robbie how wonderful they were nothing was too much trouble they were just brilliant. Currys should be really proud of such great staff.
