   Absolutely top drawer Italian food. The Bruscheta had excellently diced and dressed tomatoes on great bread, and my friends all had a special to start of fresh spaghetti with truffle that left empty played. And then my lamb cutlets were just excellent, great seat with well seasoned meat, but pink inside.

   I went to Numero Uno last night, ,with my grandma and mum. The restaurant wasn't too busy, but the atmosphere was very relaxing; we chose some starters and then let the waiter choose the wine and the day special swordfish pasta for us: excellent wine (Gavi) and outstanding pasta, matching the accurate description. We didn't have dessert because we were practically full, but we were kindly offered some liqueur and some chocolates for mum, who had to drive. Excellent food . Service unobtrusive and very efficient.A wonderful experience that we would like to repeat as soon as possible!

   Back to an old favourite I hadn’t visited in far too long. Perfect spot for a late, carb-fuelled lunch after a Saturday night out. A couple of quid more than the competition, but honestly, there’s no comparison. I couldn’t decide between the Maldadine – pasta with black truffle, spinach, and artichoke – or my all-time favourite wild boar pasta. Went for the Maldadine, and it was absolutely delicious: rich, full of flavour, and deeply satisfying. My wife had the crab tagliolini, which was just as good. Good, solid wine list too, with great and very competitively priced house wines. Finished off with the tiramisu, which had a subtle boozy kick perfectly suited to the British palate. I know it’s wrong, but it’s so right! Don’t be put off by the almost empty restaurant – it was 4:30pm on a scorching Sunday. This place is a gem, and I’ll be back very soon for that wild boar pasta.

   This was one of the best dinners I had in London in a while. We tried 3 different pastas and the portions were so big that we could not finish between 3 of us. And they were absolutely delicious!!! Also the wine was the best I ever had. The staff were very fun and lovely. Will definitely be back!

   Astonishing quality of food - I was there with my two daughters who are both somewhat fussy eaters, with no complaints at all. Beautifully presented and nice staff. Definitely recommended.

   Great italian restaurant. They have a lot of different hand made pastas and nice desserts. Be aware that service charge is NOT included on the bill. During payment you can choose the tip you want to give. (This was not obvious for me so I didn't tip and didn't pay service charge either. Sorry for this, Numero Uno)

   Fairly exemplorary experience at an Italian local. The ragu especially was tremendous with delicate fennel flavours and deep stewed notes. I enjoyed the amosophere and decor. I deduct a star because the house red was unpleasant. For 19.50 you deserve to at least enjoy your wine and it was served at a very warm temperature.
