   No doubts that this restaurant has a very nice decorative mood and interior that intrigues you to try it. Location wise they are also very central. Their menu has all options for all taste buds. Dishes are medium but that’s the concept, to share plates. The plates are neatly decorated. Taste is average I have to say. Staff are helpful

   I absolutely love coming to Cicchetti for an intimate dinner that will never disappoint! Everything is tasteful, from the food to the new and refurbished decor. Every time I have went, I’m greeted and have been served with excellent and warm service, especially with lovely Giuseppe! Fortunatel, I have had him look after us many times and he always makes sure we are having a great time and are well looked after! My favourite order is Pollo alla Milanese, bolognese with a smooth glass of Merlot. By the way ladies, the toilets are clean and make for the best quick selfies lol x

   For my birthday this year I went to Cicchetti in Piccadilly and I'm so glad that I did. The main hostess (Gabija) had incredible attention to detail & truly gave me the most wonderful first impression of the restaurant. Prior to the dinner I had gone to visit the venue in person, where I made my reservation for the day/ time I wanted. I secured my booking with a deposit, which was used for welcome drinks and came off the bill. The first hostess I dealt with provided me great ideas, such as the welcome drinks and recommendations for mocktails for my guests that don't drink alcohol. Gabija was so kind and called before my dinner to run through everything and ensure I was happy. Everyone’s professionalism and warmth made the evening feel seamless from the moment I arrived. The hostess even provided name cards for the table and arranged for our meals to be brought out together as opposed to what was ready first, which is normally how they function. They also allowed me to bring my cake onsite and were kind enough to cut it for me too! I’ll definitely will be going back to try more of the menu, and so will my friends as they absolutely loved the service and food! I really appreciated the team at Cicchetti for going above and beyond to make everything perfect! ✨️

   We had a fantastic experience here on Sunday. The service was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. We started with the croquettes and mozzarella, followed by the carbonara and ragu pasta — both were absolutely divine! Finally, the pistachio tart which was lovely! The restaurant’s interior is beautiful, and it’s perfectly located too! With a glass of wine and two beers, our meal came to £90 including service, which we felt for London in a high end restaurant was very reasonable. Would highly recommend!

   A lovely restaurant in a great spot, just a short walk from Green Park station. The staff were excellent. I have a food allergy and follow a vegetarian diet, and they double-checked everything several times to make sure it was safe for me, which I really appreciated. Veggie options on the menu weren’t clearly marked and felt a bit limited, but the staff were very helpful and guided me through what I could eat. Compared to other Italian places nearby, the choices here were a bit better. The atmosphere was cosy and welcoming. I had the avocado salad with onions, tomatoes and balsamic, the baked Norma with aubergine, tomatoes and basil, and the melanzane parmigiana layered with aubergine, tomato, basil and cheese. Everything was simple, fresh and tasty. They also offer a good range of mocktails. I tried the Etere, a mix of pineapple and passionfruit with a light spicy kick, which was really refreshing. Even though we were full, we ended the meal by sharing a tiramisu ice cream dessert. Overall, the food was decent, not amazing but the lovely service and cosy setting made it a nice experience. Worth visiting if you’re in the area and want a calm, friendly place for a meal.

   Had a great time. We came at noon and reserved a table for an hour forward. The service was extremely nice, and the food was tasty and came quickly. Some of the dishes were pretty small, but nevertheless tasty. The restaurant's tables are ordered quite densely so it wasn't the most comfortable.

   The restaurant is beautiful and has a charming vibe. Staff were super nice, service was quick, and the food was Amazing! Best pasta I’ve ever had. Food portions were filling ( they advise 4-5 dishes for 2 people) lovely place, I’ll definitely come back

   We were booked in at 5pm and the restaurant was busy as we arrived but we got seated quickly. Your order arrives bits at a time like tapas but we it worked well for us. Loads to choose from and the dishes we chose were all delicious. Cocktails and wine selection was good too. A bit pricy maybe but well worth it.

   Always wanted to dine-in here and so finally did. Food is truly delicious, fresh and rich, unfortunately, the chaos caused by the staff is killing the entire vibe of this place. One doesn't know what the others do, wrong food being brought to wrong tables, supervisor telling off the waiter in front of the customers etc, there is no communication or any kind of system in place, at all. Pity because this is an amazing place, I hope it will eventually get better.

   Love it here .. vibe, atmosphere, Italian food extremely well prepared and served. All meals are small to medium-sized and designed to eat as a sharing experience. The staff appeared to genuinely love their jobs too! The only negative was the tight fit for all the tables ..
