   We went for the dinner 2-3 days back in Bluewater restaurant. Firstly we had to wait at least 20 minutes standing at the door where the restaurant was not too busy there were 5-6 people on the floor who saw us but busy doing their work like cleaning the coffee machine or clearing the table where others are waiting to be seated. We were seen but completely ignored for sometime until someone decided to come and took us to be seated. Food to be honest was very good and while having food service was good too. Atmosphere was ok

   I visited Carluccio’s at Bluewater for lunch with a friend and his family and ordered a carbonara followed by a pistachio tiramisu, spending around £25 in total. Unfortunately, the carbonara was quite underwhelming. It lacked the authentic flavour you’d expect from a classic Italian dish, especially from a restaurant that promotes itself as Italian. The portion size was also very small for the price, which made it poor value for money. The pistachio tiramisu was pleasant but nothing special. It felt like a standard tiramisu simply topped with pistachio pieces rather than having a genuine pistachio flavour throughout. While the portion was reasonable, it didn’t stand out. Service was slow, with only a couple of staff members covering the restaurant. It took around 30-40 minutes for the food to arrive, and it was quite difficult to get a waiter’s attention. Additionally, the jug provided for tap water had visible stains, and the glass itself had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing and affected the overall experience. Overall, this visit to Carluccio’s didn’t meet expectations in terms of food quality, service, or value for money. With improvements in authenticity, portion sizes, and attention to cleanliness, it could offer a much better dining experience.

   We had a lovely family meal this afternoon at Carluccios.The service we received was excellent,food was very tasty and looked beautiful. The whole experience was enjoyable and we left feeling happy and full.Can not wait to go back for some more lovely food. Also I would like to mention,that the staff were friendly and professional.Excellent service!

   Went for a meal with the family today and we were very, very happy! The food was amazing (we had sharing antipasti, pizza, pasta & sea bass - all of which we were very happy with), even the little one loved her food. The service was great - Giuseppe and the rest of the team were helpful and very attentive, and the atmosphere was lovely. Would highly recommend Carluccio’s Bluewater for a great dining experience :)

   Nice clean, fresh looking decor. Staff are very friendly and kept checking everything was OK during our meal. There are a few options on a set menu to save a few ££s. We had a sharing platter antipasti to start. Which was a nice selection. Although most of the platter was a large portion of rocket with the meats and veg around the edge, it came with prawns, which turned out to be one each. Overall it was very nice. Mains we had seafood linguine which has muscles, squid, and prawns. It tasted lovely and was a generous portion. The chicken milanese came with tomatoes and a salad. This could have done with a portion of potatoes or fries included for the price as it felt a bit lacking. The chicken was nice and not dry like you sometimes get with breaded meat. Overall, it was a very nice meal, a nice setting and very attentive staff. Only let down really by the price of the chicken milanese as it felt like half a meal. The big question would we eat here again? Most certainly.

   Very average... We been seated by lovely waitress but then we were waiting around 15-20 minutes for someone to come to us to take a drinks order. Once someone finally came to us we order drinks and food to not wait again. Food arrived around 45 minutes later. It wasn't even that busy on that time. None of the staff looked like they even care. When finally we get the food , manager kindly offer parmezan for our pasta which in the end we never get it. Definitely will never come back. 3 stars only because don't want to be horrible

   Myself and family used to eat here very regularly. Unfortunately, quality and service has deteriorated and the attitude of waitresses here is shockingly poor. You are made to feel like the staff are doing you a favour in here. Final straw was an attempt to find a table this morning with a half empty restaurant to which we were aggressively told ‘no reservation no can do’. Just stay away, plenty of better options nearby!

   Was a 5 star now a zero 4 of us arrived for breakfast, told fully booked, noted at least half the tables empty. Went onto website and I could book a table, challenged front desk and she said didn't want to allow us in as would overwhelm the kitchen and staff and we might have a long wait for food

   Waited an extremely long time for the food to arrive. When it did arrive the food was cold and tasteless. The waiter we had is great and clearly understaffed. For the price of the bland meal I wouldn't come to this place again.
