   Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. Especially Lucy, Ben and Pheobe. Great atmosphere in store. We felt like we could relax more and enjoy sitting in. Great tasting drinks, that were filled to the top! The store looked very clean and festive! Loved the Christmas tree and window lights! Great effort.

   Absolutely diabolical, on this autumn day I was craving a hot chocolate from our Costa. I drove 30 odd minutes to find out that there was no hot chocolate?! Are you having a laugh cos I’m not. The lady on the intercom didn’t even sound apologetic. Never coming again. Wouldn’t recommended to anyone out there

   Today, I took along my men’s group, Gabriel’s Guys and where I’d booked a few tables via Holly the store manager. Holly and her friendly team looked after us throughout our visit and even provided complimentary mince pies and a 25% discount on our refreshments, which was most appreciated. Holly and her team are very community focused and support our group. We look forward to visiting again soon.

   Ordered 2 cappuccinos at 6.50pm,drove off,only to find,both were undrinkable. They tasted very very bitter,not at all what we are used to from Costa. He didn't make them in sight of us,so I don't know if they were even fresh I now realise,the shop was about to close,so wonder where are coffees were even from. Will definitely never use this branch again.

   I ordered a full fat coffee and skinny coffee only to see the server make the full fat one then just add a drop of skinny milk to the leftover full fat and serve that. Its expensive coffee and the staff really should give a care. I wonder if they are even trained to consider allergies!

   Despite the fact there were 5 staff on and I was the only one at the till I still had to wait over 3 minutes (yes that's 180 seconds) to be served. Drink was made by an inexperienced person who didn't read what I wanted and didn't add any syrup I paid for. Again, despite the number of staff in the building with only 1 order to do the shop was very untidy with many tables left with plates and cups etc. Not a good place to go

   One of the better Costas decent layout and though three staff down you would have never known as the team worked hard to cover the gaps.
