   Had a really lovely experience via Drive-Thru this morning. Ordered two bacon rolls, two almond croissants, two coffees. When I was paying, the assistant (think she was the manager) asked if I was treating someone to their breakfast. I said yes, it was my mum’s birthday and she wrote a birthday message on my mum’s cup. She was really friendly and wished me a great day/ happy birthday to my mum. Food was great, service was efficient, service was lovely. A little thing for them made a big difference to my morning.

   With all due respect, hot drinks were served with such unprofessional behavior. The drink was all over the cup and forgot to add 'extras' that were requested. Had to remind and the staff literally opened the lid, threw/wasted some drink, put the topping and handed in the dirty cup.

   Staff are miserable Coffee took ages to make to sit in... priority given to drive through No trays so had to make 3 trips from the counter to table Milk given in paper espresso cups Tables dirty Seats dirty... had to walk around to find a clean set up It was a Sunday 2pm with no queue. 3 staff on and only 8 sat down in the cafe. £15 for 3 drinks I'd expect better. Last trip to Starbucks I'm gonna make.

   Used to love coming here with our dog- been doing so regularly for a while now. However turned up yesterday to be told no dogs allowed anymore? No prior warning, no signs anywhere just a sudden stop which is really disappointing. Whenever we used to go the staff were lovely and drinks good. However won't be coming anymore unfortunately

   One of the worst Starbucks drive thrus. Made us wait a long time for three drinks and tuna melt. Charged us and gave us two tuna melts after asking for only one. I asked for caramel syrup in two drinks but didn’t get any. Didn’t close the lid properly on one of the drinks so when I grabbed it some of it fell out on to me and my car. Charged my card more than what they said when paying. Didn’t scan my Starbucks card properly so I didn’t get any points.

   Spent most of my evening here today whilst doing some uni work and was served by 3 lovely girls. They were really friendly, professional and hard working. The store was really clean, all bins were emptied regularly, tables and floors were clean and the drinks were hot and delicious!! Thank you so much for the great service, Shaquina, Ella and Aimee. Definitely deserve a pay rise or bonus for all their hard work!!

   Service is a bit slow but hopefully they will get better with practice. The prices are higher than other Starbucks. Coffee was good, service - not so good.
