   What has happened to this place? I used to be a regular but haven't been in for a while. 1pm on Saturday and it was practically empty, the barista served our hot drinks in takeout cups, I told him we were staying in and his answer was we always serve drinks in those when we are busy ... there was no one else in the queue and a full stacking of cups behind him. We would have liked to have been asked if minded having my drink served in this way, I would have said no. Despite being empty the tables were dirty and sticky. With the saturation of coffee shops in Altrincham they need to up their game. Last visit from us.

   This is a friendly cafe with great service, cheerful staff and tasty drinks. Been a few times recent weeks. Most recently Friday morning had the routine HoneyOatLatte and almond butter porridge. both were great. See photo of mobile office breakfast. The porridge scored a Goldilocks10. Staff brought it over to table very quickly with a friendly smile. Previous time, the lone barista was working like she had 6 arms with a queue and still made a porridge on the side, and the creamiest headed latte ever in no time, was so cheerful and chatty despite as she did! Other times also always been just as happy with the service and food/drink. The cafe is comfortable and clean and is a great place to do bit of early morning laptop work, sets the day up perfectly. Wish it was OK to go in more mornings.

   Worst of the worst. You never get what you actually order and pay for. Waiters and baristas are incompetent and service is awful. Just attached photos of their so called pistacio latte and frape. Barely tastes like pistachio at all. Previously tried "luxury " hot chocolate which was basically warm milk with a bit of cocoa. They also charge you more than official price. What a shame cafes like this one exist at all.

   The food is OK, I think the baristas, despite being quite friendly, must train more to make better drinks. Pricey food but as many in the area. Will be back for a quick hot drink

   Good, cosy atmosphere, quick service, delicious, hot coffee. Bit tricky with the seating, not a great deal of space downstairs and there is an upstairs area but hard to know if there are spaces without going up carrying trays of hot coffee. My son loves the toasties!
