The best breakfast sandwiches around! Unlike anywhere else I’ve tried, they use high quality buns and toast them which is so much better than the cheap white rolls found in most places. The quality of the bacon and eggs is also amazing. Great pit stop on our dog walks.

Lovely spot to pop into for a cup of tea or a light lunch. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff are friendly, and everything we tried was fresh and tasty. As a non-local, my only tip is to double-check the opening hours before you go, as they can varyβ€”but it’s well worth planning around. I’ll definitely be back when I’m in the area!

This isn’t our first visit to Dunham Barn, we love it here! We went for lunch yesterday and had a wonderful experience. They have a gorgeous outdoor seating area with parts in the shade and sun. Inside is cute with ample seating. We had the ham, cheese and chutney sandwich and the cheese and pickle sandwich both were delicious! Would definitely recommend and will visit again.

We had a delicious afternoon tea at Dunham Barn. Great service, lovely presentation and a fabulous selection of fresh sandwiches, cakes and scone. The staff also very kindly prepared 2 takeaway teas for my uncle and aunt who couldn't make it due to illness. Nothing was too much trouble and would definitely recommend.

I've been to the Dunham Barn many times but had to review after the excellent service on Saturday! We had the afternoon tea to celebrate a friend's engagement - they let us set up balloons in the room 1hr-30 mins before which was brilliant. Staff were friendly, welcoming and couldn't have been more accommodating! Great selection of hot drinks, cold drinks, food and cakes. We had the afternoon tea for a friend's celebration and there was plenty as we had to take some home in to go bags! Sandwiches, scones and chocolate treats with macaroons. They catered to dietary requirements as a friend was gluten free. Would highly recommend!

We had two large breakfasts and they were great. Fresh, quality locally sourced food. The sausages and bacon were cooked well. The service was efficient and friendly.

Really tasty breakfast, went for the large full English; 2 bacon, 2 fried eggs ,2 sausages (the best tasting pork sausages I've had in ages!), Bury black pudding, hash brown, mushrooms, beans and slice of toasted sourdough all washed down with a cup of great tasting coffee. Visited on Saturday and was fairly busy when we arrived, seems a popular place and I can understand why. Looking forward to visiting again and trying some of the other food on offer. Staff very friendly and passionate about their business. Highly recommended

Love this place. Loved it as the Lavender Tea Rooms also and preferred that name, but the food here is awesome with vegetarian options to die for. Fabulous service also.

Open on New Year's Day serving freshly made meals... Lovely cafe with cosy Christmas decorations and a cake selection to consider selling your soul for. On this occasion I went for Dunham Massey Ale Rarebit and a coffee (with a scone to take away for later). Close to Dunham Massey (10mins walk at most from the edge of the park) and worth considering if the queue for the lovely National Trust cafe looks a little daunting. Nice to support an independent business. The service is friendly and the food is delicious.

Amazingly beautiful cafe, absolutely charming and very nice staff. Plus... dogs are very welcome! :) This place is unique and well worth a visit for a well deserved home cooked breakfast after a nice walk in the countryside. It is located very close from Dunham Massey park as well.
