   I have been to Star bucks in Altrincham three times, served by the same staff in the afternoon. As a disabled old person on a disability scooter, I am disappointed by the lack of service and unhelpfulness I received. The service staff was uninterested because she is not the owner of the cafe. Observing her as a customer, there's no sign that she enjoys her work or she cares about her customers. I was required to carry the hot drink to my table on Sainsbury's disability scooter. I tell myself that I will not visit this cafe again. By comparison Tesco cafe have friendly welcoming serving staff, not to mention a lot less costly as Starbucks. Poor service staff can ruin your business!!!

   The team at this Starbucks is honestly exceptional — no matter what time of day you walk in, the staff are always smiling, upbeat, and ready to help. Whether it’s the morning rush or a quiet late afternoon, you’re guaranteed a warm welcome and great service. A special mention goes to Jen, who has quickly become Norbert’s favourite! She’s always so cheerful, remembers our usual orders, and makes every visit feel personal and positive. The energy here is just different — happy staff who clearly enjoy what they do, and it shows. Thanks for making our daily coffee runs something to look forward to!
