I placed my order in august and collected it in November. I couldnt have been happier with the service and help provided by the staff. They were all so welcoming. My dress for my wedding looks stunning the beadwork was amazingly done. I definitely would come here again.
I have already had a custom outfit made here in 2023 and was very happy with the customer service and pricing. I bought two more this year for my friends wedding and also my sisters mehndi. Ensure you have enough time in advance for any custom outfits to be made. Mine were ready very close to the days but they were a good fit and quality so I was very happy with this. I definitely recommend this store to everyone as they have outfits for different price points. I got 1 outfit fast tracked within a month and it came before the event which I was so glad about as it was a custom made outfit made in another county so was not sure if there would be any custom delays.
Brought my mehendi and wedding lehenga from here! Honestly such lovely sisters serving us and communication was on point with each and every one of them! They made the most stressful times of my life feel like a breeze when it came to ordering my outfits! They both came well in advance and they tailored on the spot for me when my top was too big. I bought my wedding dress from Sitara back in August. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The dress arrived within the time they said and when it needed altering, it was all done quickly. Staff were extremely respectful, polite and helpful during the entire process of choosing my wedding outfit to collecting it. Kept me updated via WhatsApp and answered any queries I had immediately. Can’t fault the experience anywhere, it was completely stress free and my dress was ready to be picked up on the date they had given me. When I picked up my dress, it needed some alteration with the measurement but it was corrected straight away at no extra cost. Definitely recommend and also their dresses are stunning but at very reasonable prices.
I am not one for wedding clothes shopping, but the staff at Sitara were very helpful and patient with me. They did not try to be pushy and let me decide at my own pace. Nothing was too much trouble the prices were reasonable as well. I had matching outfits made for myself and my daughter and they were ready within the time scale given. They looked absolutely amazing and fit perfectly. Sitara really went above and beyond and they made it an easy and pleasant experience and would definitely recommend for any wedding/party wear shopping.
We ordered 3 identical outfits for my brother-in-law's wedding;they were reasonably priced. We were pleasantly surprised and grateful by the fact that the outfits arrived on time. When we collected the outfits, there were some fitting issues however, the workers at Sitara were accommodating and had all the adjustments made by the evening so that we were able to leave with perfectly fitted outfits. The customer service was fantastic and the fact that they managed to make the required adjustments on the day was an added bonus as it saved us another trip.
