Would definitely recommend this shop, the staff are very helpful as we managed to purchase our bridesmaid outfits!! The staff were very attentive and assisted us with this purchase.

Fantastic customer service, in particular from brother Bilal, who went above and beyond in assisting us. The after service is also exceptional and they are happy to post out orders. They have a beautiful range of clothing and fabric in their store and very reasonably priced. Thank you once again and we will definitely be returning.
The service at silk touch is brilliant. We ordered our suits and received them in just over a month with no problems at all. Customer service is 5*
The service in this place is honestly horrendous especially with Bilal. A few weeks ago we placed an order for 4 scarves. We were promised by Bilal that he will send the sample piece to the designer so it will be made exactly as the sample… this was not the case. When we raised this, Bilal got really defensive and took us raising the issue too personal. It felt like he was up all night hand stitching the scarves himself. He was muttering/ huffing and puffing to the other workers and staying stuff about us in Urdu like we didn’t understand him. He tried justifying that the scarf looked better but he wasn't the one wearing it. He said that when ordering there is always a ‘19/20 difference.’ The change of fabric in the scarf is not a 19/20 difference. He said that the crinkle design in the material will drop after a a few wears but I did not plan to wear it to bed tonight in time for the event the next day. He kept walking off and then coming back to argue. When I told him to leave because we were speaking to the other workers who were calm and he was too irate he came back challenging me waving his hands all around. Bilal does not know how to speak to women and I advise him to take lessons on customer service because the way we were spoken to today was beyond a joke. You do not treat a paying customer like this. If I could give 0 stars I would.
Absolutely shocking service, very rude and patronising. Dealt with bilal at first point of contact and was happy to take full payment. Upon collection scarves were not up to standard. Bilal was very defensive and started swearing at his customers for speaking up about the order, Will not recommend this shop to anyone especially when placing a bespoke order.
Excellent customer service from Sabir. Very happy with the products and overall experience. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back here.
