There are good winterish clothes on for sale, I picked up a few suites this week. Overall I'm happy with purchase
I don’t even think this place deserves one star since I have never experienced such horrific customer service in my life. The worker is a sad pathetic excuse for a man, screaming at women in response to requesting a simple refund or exchange. Even then he made us feel most unwelcome by wishing we never enter this shop or upcoming ones in future. It’s no wander they are closing down. Unbelievably shameless behaviour may Allah guide them.
The man who works here is something else. Never have I seen such a rude and disrespectful worker in my life. He was shouting at my family for wanting to exchange dresses after 1 day of purchase. May Allah guide him, astaghfirullah. It’s individuals like this who can only pick on women because they are not man enough to face other men. Honestly, makes me sick! I do not wish bad for anyone but I am relieved to think other customers will not experience his service as his business is alhamdullilah closing down.

Please do not come here. Me and my cousin came here to find Eid clothes and we found some that we liked, but when we tried it on at home (she didn't have any fitting rooms) we realised that the size was too small, so we came back the next day to exchange because that's what she said we could do. We came in, chose our clothes and gave her the first suit back that we got. She opened it and started complaining that it was creased and accusing us of wearing it for 2 hours and then giving it back when I kept trying to tell her that I genuinely wore it for 5 minutes at home to try it on to see if it fit. She carried on accusing me and my cousin and complained that she would have to press it again and we should have ironed it before we gave it back to her. We felt very confused as we were nothing but nice to her both days and we thought she was nice too but then she turned around and start accusing us of this without any basis, after we bought suits from her. I didn't want to continue as there were other customers walking in so we just walked out. Will not be coming back here again very unprofessional and accusatory. Wish I could give it 0 stars.
I went to get an outfit for Eid and it looked okay in the shop, so I bought it. When I went home I realised that the quality was very poor and what I thought was mirror work was in fact cardboard sewn on. The little cardboard bits were falling off. I was so disappointed as the suit was quite expensive compared to other shops on the road. If I was to wash it, it would get ruined as it’s cardboard, so I’d be paying so much to wear an outfit just once. I went the next day to get a refund and the lady was being very rude and sarcastic, the customer service from her isn’t good at all. I didn’t know there was a no refund policy as that wasn’t communicated and it wasn’t written anywhere in the shop. They just want your money and don’t care whether the customer is happy or not. I’m so disappointed as they only gave a credit note for 5 weeks and it was an Eid outfit and it’s so inconsiderate. It was my first time coming to this shop, I regret going there. I do not recommend at all.
