A lovely experience yet again purchased a Mehndi suit from them today. In store, their customer service was very warming and welcoming. And they are very helpful when it comes to helping you choose an outfit. I would highly recommend anyone who wants to buy a suit for any occasion especially wedding or party wear outfits come here.
I would not give even 1 star... I recently went to this shop and we had one of the worst experiences. They are extremely rude and ill-mannered throughout. On the day we purchased the outfit they were impolite and had terrible customer service. However, we purchased a casual outfit which was being taken abroad and they provided no receipt on purchase. The same day when we went home and were about to pack it we noticed it was ripped from the back. The following day we went back and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. They claimed they give all thier customers receipts which they don't which just shows their ethics of work and how easily they can lie. They even started accusing us that we took tags of which we didn't and we took it back in its original packaging. They could have calmly explained that they dont return/exchange instead of being so nasty. The clothes are really bad quality we barely liked once outfit and even that turned out to be rubbish. Most of them look like they have been used already. Don't waste your time and money on these people. We will never shop from here again and have informed relatives too. There are many other shops on Stratford road that are a lot better.
Such beautiful designs in this shop and incredibly helpful service! The brother running it is kind and generous. I’m so happy I found the perfect suit for my cousin’s wedding—and at such a reasonable price too. Definitely recommend checking this place out. Wonderful customer service!
Hi I would like to point out that the suit had been warn with make up on the suit and tags missing that is the reason for not exchanging the suit and you were the one arguing with me and the staff and being rude I have the whole conversation on cctv. As with any company would not do a return on a an item that has been worn with tags missing and make up on it. This is the reason why we have a no exchange no refund policy. We provide changing rooms for customers to try the suit once they are fully happy then purchase. Also we asked you over 20 times to leave the premises nicely as it was out closing time due to this we closed one shutter and kept telling you why we couldn’t do the exchange or refund and that it had been 7.30 in evening you still persisted to stay at in the shop till 7.55. Next time my advice is try the suit on before purchasing or don’t remove the tag or where the suit as prove off the whole conversation I have on the cctv and after 7.50 and me asking you politely to leave the premises and you saying no I had to say I’m calling the police to remove you from my premises
If I could give this shop 0 stars I would. I purchased a suit of small size but the label said xl.which wasn't a big deal as I thought it was a one off and the clothes fit. A couple days later my friend went to get a suit. She tried it on in the shop and it fit her. on a xl suit and it fir her. A couple.days later she needed a suit for a party and got a suit with the label saying xl as that is her size. Once she went home in a rush. She ironed the suit and went to try it the suit was tight. She realzied its wither a large with the wrong label as when she put it against her prev kameez that she bought there was a big difference. She put the suit away and 5 days later went back to the shop. Bear in mind she doesn't live local. We went to the shop and explained to the shop owner the issue and initially he said she could exchange but she didn't like anything so said since the sizing labers are wrong it is his fault give us a refund. He kept denying the refund and said you should have tried the suit on in the shop but as she already tried the prev suit with the same label she thoight it would be the same. We explained to him it doesn't make sense as the label is there and then he wouldn't admit his mistake. He wouldn't listen to us and was extremely rude. He closed the shutters and started to off the lights and threatened to call the police on us. We left but we're upset about this behaviour. As a person he has no principle or anything so I highly recommend don't waste your money here and the clothes are.not of good quality either as when you wash them they shrink.
