   It was a weekday afternoon when we visited so not many people but good to find it open. Layout and decor nice, beer very good. No food on but able to get a sandwich from local bakery and eat in. Tables reserved for local running club that night so looks like it is a popular choice.

   Hardly surprising this micro-bar is now a well established entry in the Good Beer Guide. A varied lineup of cask ales on offer, didn’t get round to try any of the numerous craft ales.

   Firstly, the quality of the pun has to be acknowledged. Mostly though, it's just a brilliant place for a drink. There is something for everyone with the cask and keg beer options (even a Turkish Delight stout on my most recent visit). Fans of other drinks are also well catered for. A great deal of thought has gone into the layout and decor as well.

   First visit here. A lively bar with a good choice of drinks. Popped in early on a Saturday night and the place was already almost full. Pity we had to leave after one drink as there was live music about to begin.

   I don't drink so I always have coffee, my coffee was spot on and as a bonus there was a choice of chocolate biscuits, yum yum, staff very pleasant place spotless definitely would be first port of call if I lived in Disley which is only a mile or so from Stockport and a bit more to Buxton a good starting point for walkers, with Lyme park a few yards down the road

   Been driving by many times over the 5 years since it opened and this micro bar is the main reason we got the train here. Better finish than most micros. Really like it. Additional seating downstairs. Small pavement seating area on busy A6.Regular CAMRA award winner. Flic loved marmalade cider. Pint of Lancaster Amber was yummy.

   Lovely little bar, fresh and clean, good range of beers, both bottled and draft, along with a variety of spirits. Well worth a visit, don't take my word for it, get out and experience a proper bar.
