What can we say, Jayne is the star here. This lady can't do enough for you as far as service goes. From the moment we entered the store to a few ' suit fitting visits' later, just incredible attention to detail. Superb service. Found my husband an amazing suit and accessories. Thank you Jayne.

I’d never used this shop before now despite living locally. I happened to walk past and see a shirt I liked. I ended up buying two and gave recommendations to three other people, which I later retracted due to the rudeness of the owner upon my return. Despite both shirts being the same size one was much larger. Also my husband didn’t really like the colour. When I asked for a refund I was flatly and aggressively told no. I was taken aback because of the good service is received upon sale. He did change his mind and very reluctantly gave a refund. I left with the decision made I would never shop there again. If he was going to give a refund anyway he should have done it with politeness. 4 weeks later and the refund has not reached my account and I’m being brushed off with “it’s a PayPal error”. Never before has a refund taken this long and PayPal don’t have this sort of problem. I’ve got all receipts so I’m going to open a CCJ claim. Avoid this horrible rude man and his store at all costs.

Was or should I say was not greeted by an extremely loud man who was too busy chatting to other tradesmen. Goods are over priced for what they are and seem to be 'old' as some had a musty smell. Would not recommend going there as if you either into Sutton Coldfield or to the Fort you get better quality and better prices
