   I made an order online on Tuesday to collect in store it was a present for my son, for his birthday on so needed it asap, so I called customer services on the Wednesday to change my order to next day delivery, but it was all a day ready to collect in store, the man I spoke to when I called customer services was very helpful and polite, so I felt I needed to leave a good review to say thank you for your help. I will definitely be a returning customer as a quality of good where very good and I know my son will be very happy with his birthday present. Many thank to ONU Nadine.

   Have used this store a few times previously. Recently went to the store and purchased a Burberry Belt. The staff are great and engaging in great conversation. Went home and was not happy with the size so I went back the next day, they were really helpful and replaced the belt immediately. Great service guys :)

   Stay away , fake garments with high prices, you walk into here you have all these smack head men watching you , they try and force you to buy stuff , flannels and other genuine sellers in Birmingham are better don’t risk it , I purchased two monclear jackets from here , both fake , trading standards are aware and have started investigations , PUDI THERI MAAA DI YOU TAKLOO RAAAMD KI AULAAAAD

   This review reflects my first and last visit to this store, which can be summarised in a few words - extremely poor customer service! To provide further context, the store has a great range of designer brands, e.g., Stone Island and Moncler, but the items are all crammed together in one tiny store that is guarded at every corner by an employee. This environment makes you feel uncomfortable and to make matters worse, rather than the staff offering to help, they watch your every move. With all honesty, it felt as if I was shopping in a Far East fake designer market store. You're probably better off going to Flannels, Harvey Nichols, Selfridges etc., where you will be presented with top-quality service and no concerns over the legitimacy of the items.
