   Awful awful impolite careless staff and manager! Sunday 12 pm 27 Aug 2023 experience! The manager comes to the til and tells me what are you doing? Instead of asking nicely “how can i help you” No wonder why retail business is dying!

   Uneducated manager, advised staff not to accept paper notes as they’re not in circulation no more. When told they’re still in circulation as per Bank of England website, she said her proof was a WhatsApp message. The ATM gave me the paper £20 so how can it not be used.

   Manager of the store is joke. Bought shoes which had hard material inside and I worn them for one evening. Couldn’t step on my feet after because they had so hard material inside the shoes. Refund policy saying that they can’t give me refund because shoes been used (even for one evening). Explain to manager where is issue, he was aggre with me that I might be really hurt for feet but still can’t give me refund... How you can notice that without wearing them?..

   Disgusting customer service, got my order wrong in the store first, then made me place an order to be sent home with the right size. Again they sent the wrong size so I went into the store to exchange and they gave me a used pair off the shelf which I seen them put in the box with my own eye's and when I asked can I get a fresh pair they said it's a fresh pair. I mean if you haven't got fresh pair just say it we haven't got one why lie think you haven't been seen. Never shopping here again. Paid £130 for used items would not recommend
