I ordered my daughter a sweatshirt that said available online and they emailed me to say it wasn’t in stock and said they were going to refund me this did not happen! Biggest con shop going! DO NOT BUY FROM! they don’t refund! I tried to contact them and all they have done is ignore me
Awful, never known such bad retail practice. Waiting on a £441.99 refund after my sale went through and then come up with an error code back to the website, no order email, no Order Number Reference but my bank security code passed the sake, its 10 days on still waiting for the So Called Head Office to ring me, was promised a straight forward refund Monday as the transaction was still pending and if it went in the account would send it right back to mine, no im still waiting and being blagged daily, had to issue a fraud claim through my bank. Absolutely Scandelous wish I would of seen the bad reviews before I ordered.
Orders that have already been paid, the merchant does not ship or refund, and send them a message without replying at all! Very bad merchant.
Fantastic service from Iconic menswear. Even though it was over the Xmas holidays when I ordered my cp company sweatshirt it was processed and delivered within 24 hours. Will definitely use Iconic again. Only disappointment was the 2nd one I ordered was out of stock guess I should have looked on the website earlier. Once again thank you Iconic menswear
I panicked when we went into tier 4. Not able to go out and pick up the stone island jumper I needed for a present. Found iconic placed my order and paid for next day delivery. I called the shop the next day just to make sure it would be dispatched that day. Spoke to a man (think he was the owner). They didn’t have the product available but said he would take it from a tracksuit. I thanked him. Then he offered me the whole tracksuit for a fab price. I agreed and paid the difference. Absolutely fabulous customer service. I work in retail management myself so I know how difficult retail is this time of year. Received my items today. Over the moon. Will definitely 100% use again. Absolutely great customer service! They responded to my query relating to items I had ordered immediately. Iconic def go the extra mile for their customers. It was so nice to have my query resolved instantly and even get a follow up to ensure I had received the items I ordered.
Ordered a number of items from the website yesterday and all items arrived today. Excellent service and some absolute bargains on high end designer menswear brands such as Stone Island, Hugo Boss and Valentino. Good communication throughout the order process, I will definitely be purchasing from them again!
Was really impressed with this stores customer service! I do a lot of shopping online from other companys and their customer service is no ware near as good as this store’s. I got a phone call from them after making an order online and they were really helpful. I will defiantly order from here again.
