   Worst customer service ever. I was in the changing room trying on a coat, I didn’t want to strip in the middle of the cramped shop, and a lady tries to rattle the door handle, doesn’t say anything so I don’t either, I mean someone’s obviously in here, and then within the minute there’s a staff member with a key unlocking the door! Like what is wrong with people, what if I was naked? And then she proceeds to tell me to leave as you can’t try on coats in the changing room, after seeing I was only wearing a coat, and it wasn’t even busy and there’s supposed to be two changing rooms, and I was only taking about 2 minutes, some people just have zero patience. I’ll just shop online from now on.

   Well stocked shop. Down side... huge queues for the tills downstairs. Upstairs... tills empty though! Slow service on the tills. Clothes set out well. A lot crammed into the shop. Difficult to move about without bumping into others. Clean. Well lit. Staff friendly.

   Just been in this store today I had to walk back out and in again as I thought i had accidentally walked into a cheap horrible shop on scale of poundstrechers. The shop at 3pm this Sunday was dead with a not even a couple of people inside. WHAT muppet at hollister thought this is the way forward for them and the brand for the future. We certainly won’t shop there anymore hollister used to have a bit of class with the shops etc that we all liked now it’s horrible. Massive bad move. End of hollister.

   Hollister apparels are cool. Good deals are available in their app; just time it right. This shop in New Street Birmingham is pretty good overall. Very close to Bull Ring shopping mall.

   This was my first time in this store and i found the store very welcoming. A shop assistant came over and asked me what I was looking for and soon helped me out. There was some good deals in store too and plenty of stock. Another assistant helped me find the size I was looking for.

   What have you done... I used to always do trip to Birmingham to see the lovely hollister store. I went recently to find the original place shut and been moved to another place around the corner. This store could easily be missed as it no longer looks hollister to me. Boring every day shop, looks like its got old displays from other stores, not much of a range of style and staff very rude. Looks like ill take trips to Meadowhall now as never had a problem at that store

   What happened to this brand ? It's unrecognisable, and not in a good way. The new shop looks like it was fitted on a shoe string budget, a far cry away from the existing flagship. Asthetically and appeal wise this store is no different to most fast fashion retailers such as select, new look, h&m or the retail units predecessor Burton's. There's a huge loss of brand power and identity here. The speakers are cheap and crackle when music's playing, there's an outdated office style polystyrene tile ceiling upstairs equipped with the world's brightest lights dotted all over, in no way relevant or complementary to the fixture placement or product merchandising. The stairs are covered in bathroom style vinyl floor covering with scuffs all over. Product choice is minimal, loads of SKUs just doubled up and the size availability is shocking. Looking through one full arm of product it was S,S,S,S,S,M,M. That's it. Very little choice in cologne and gifting ideas at peak Christmas shopping time. The folded product had zero standards, labels hanging out, no size taping to aid shoppers in a rush. Not one team member acknowledged me in my 10 minute visit and when the store is derelict of customers, that's not good. All the best, but think theres going to be a lot of disappointed customers here and potential that you will just be used as a return hub for online orders.
