One of the most amazing places to shop. I was in a bit of a difficult situation and the manager helped me. Truly a professional. I think his name was Sageer. The staff were really nice in helping me with my query and i would recommend everyone to go here!
Went to return a coat - met by unfriendly staff, who wouldnt accept the coat back Would not recommend

I was at first being greeted by a staff. Which was lovely to begin with afterwards, I asked and showed a photo of a dress that I wanted and found online on the official ted baker website. The manager helped a trainee staff out and I was happy with it. The manager explained they did not have the original white dress that I have wanted and told me I can try on the cobalt blue dress they have got in store. The trainee staff afterwards was given a phone and told to ask for the cobalt blue dress but she did not ask for my dress size until later and manager did not remind her what to ask for my dress size on the phone just told her what to do by asking the availability. Afterwards I was being told it was not available either. The manager then asked me a very interesting question. Which I found really rude. Which website did you search on again because I can’t find the colour of your dress that you wanted? I told her and show her again the official ted baker website. Made me feel embarrassed even though I didn’t have to as I knew I searched on the official website and not discounted website. The most interesting I found was she was pushing a store walk in sale to a online sale in front of the trainee. Asking me not to order the same style dress but in another colour whilst I was in store but online and try it at home. I was even surprised they push the sale to Selfridges ted baker. I just did not feel like I had a completely warm customer service and rather a I can’t be bother doing a 50% sales job only do it when it suits their convenience.
Modern looking store. Very attentive and friendly staff. Even had women's clothes in a size 6 which is a very rare find with Ted! Will definitely be back!
Amazing customer service. George was phenomenal. He went well beyond what was expected. Genuine, polite and very helpful! Much better than the service received at the Ted-Baker concession in the Selfridges next door.
A great selection in this lovely store. But even better was the customer service from the fellow with the ginger hair. I went in looking for a Pea Coat and also a Suede Tan colour jacket and he helped me very much. His customer service was great. He was very friendly and super helpful, who went that extra mile to help me out. Thank you very much. Highly recommended visit!
Don’t agree with some of the reviews on this I have been here on many occasions staff are polite and always helping. I purchased a coat took it home they called me to say I left something behind they even offered to send it out to me at their expense. The shop is arranged so men’s is downstairs and ladies are upstairs it is a flight of stairs and difficult if you have a push chair but to be honest my Husband stays downstairs with the baby and I carry on shopping.
