    Again TPS let us down. 13.08 we fully paid for timing chain kit, service kit and some more parts. We should receive parts 15.08 around 9am. Parts not arrived, after few phone calls I found TPS forgot send parts to us, finally we get parts after 3pm.... and some parts missing. Immediately I ring them, nobody ring me back this day. Next day I spoke to manager Matt, he promised me to ring me on Saturday when parts are ready for collection , he not ring me. We still do not have parts, we are not able to finish customer car. Business with TPS ruined our reputation. Is definitely last order from this poor, full of lie company!!! Highly not recommended. UPDATE 19.08 I get phone call from TPS, they ask if I collect parts or want delivery . I said I collect and also I need compensation for loosing my time and my customer time and our income. I been informed my trade account will be close down and they don't sale me missing parts any more,I have to go somewhere else !!!! Is the highest level of rudeness in my life! We definitely report it to Trading Standards and start legal action. I come to trade counter ask for parts, they give me parts free of charge( value of missing parts £63 i think), but still we lost over £1500 because of this mistakes and nobody take a responsibility for this.

    Called at the trade counter they are still using the covid system Phoned up for a gearbox driveshaft seal but he couldn't find it but I could have shown them on a parts screen but will buy elsewhere very poor service Get back normal.

    Despite having a trade account these guys are just useless and have no enthusiasm. It's like they don't want to sell stuff and just sit there doing no work. Will be using Trafford branch instead now

    Alex Clough was really helpful , unfortunately they had discontinued my part , he even tried Audi Tradition but again no joy , but he still took the time to search and point me in the right direction. Service like this guarantees I will be coming back as a customer

    Prior to arrival I ordered the parts I required. I was told on the phone I could have it at a trade price (even though I explained I wasn't trade) - when I arrived at the trade counter I was told that wasn't the case and I shouldn't have been promised this! Service was slow. 20 minutes to collect a pre-ordered part, with no one else in!! Great for trade, not so great for little old me.
