   Been grabbing lunch there for months. Last two times I got the barbacoa burrito I couldn’t finish it because the spice level has gone through the roof! I can see way more chillies in there than there were before and it’s a shame as it’s my favourite thing to order. Wonder if they changed the recipe or someone has gone crazy with the spices

   I order from this Chipotle on Chiswick High Road regularly, and the last four orders have either been wrong or had items missing. I’ve contacted Uber multiple times and even spoken to the store directly, and every time the excuse is “new employees.” It’s unacceptable. The service and consistency have completely broken down, and the customer experience is genuinely awful. This needs to be addressed properly no more excuses. Always missing items as to they don’t care about customers !

   I ordered not long ago through the just eat app and asked politely for extra cheese with my bowl, not only did they put extra cheese on top of my bowl they gave me a tiny side container filled with cheese!!! most restaurants would ignore such requests through the app but they took care of my order with such grace:))))

   Avoid at all costs! Horrendous! We ordered from Just Eat. Food came almost immediately. Great - it should be hot? Absolutely not. Burritos were both cold. Chips were basically stale, cold, inedible. Burrito was smaller than my hand! Hardly anything in there. Awful wrap. The burrito bowl was a decent size, but… cold. Called the restaurant. Nobody picked up. I cycled my order back to the restaurant it came from. Restaurant manager refused to refund saying she would get in trouble. Just Eat have no phone number to call. The only option within their app is to mark certain items that should be hot, as cold, therefore not getting a full refund for the order as some items should indeed have been cold (eg guacamole and chips). £38 order for two burritos one of which was very small (as in - tiny) and cold, plus chips. How is this kind of price ethical, and when it’s this expensive how come the food isn’t gold plated? okay - I would be happy with EDIBLE, it wasn’t even that. Avoid avoid avoid.

   I’m horrified at my experience at this Chipotle. I’ve been to this one a couple of times and all were okay, for the price I believed it wasn’t worth the extortionate pricing but thought going back the flavour would get better however the portion sizing was okay, couldn’t argue with that. However this time, I went there to spend £10 on a bowl and I got next to nothing!!!! For £10 I expected more than rabbit size portions. I looked at the man like it was some sort of joke - it had to have been. After I ate it, I was still starving. Not worth your time, go anywhere else and you will get a lot more for a lot cheaper. Look at pictures for reference.
