   I placed an order at the self-service kiosk and paid, but the machine showed a message saying “ask a team member for assistance.” The staff told me to pay again, assuring me that the first payment would be refunded to my card in a few days. I clearly explained that I was only staying in the country for 3 more days and would not be able to come back. I was told this was not a problem and that the refund would be processed automatically to my card. Two weeks later, after receiving no refund, I sent someone to speak to them in person. The manager then said that they can only give the money back if I come and tap my card again in the restaurant, which is impossible since I am no longer in the country. This situation could have been resolved very easily with a simple transaction, but their inteions are quite clear. This is completely unacceptable. Poor customer service, lack of basic decency, and what feels like open theft. I would strongly advise others to be careful with the staff.

   If I could give 0 stars I would. The food here was fine (cheap but not great quality which is okay it’s what you expect from fast food) HOWEVER what I saw next completely put me off ever coming to this branch again. The toilet floor and seat was completely covered in what looked like urine as it stank, and had no soap or toilet paper. I was genuinely appalled by this because 1. There’s a notice on the door that says the toilets are cleaned regularly 2. It was so quiet, if the staff are not serving customers then why aren’t they checking the toilets? It was disgusting, enough to completely put me off my food. I would never come back here ever again.

   Taco Bell Hounslow has quickly become one of the kids’ favourite spots for a regular eat-in, and it’s easy to see why. The first big plus is that they serve halal food, and secondly, the taste is consistently good—fresh, flavourful, and exactly what you expect from a casual bite. The menu offers plenty of variety, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable. Overall, it’s a solid go-to place for quick, tasty food. Recommended.

   I ordered the volcano burrito box a couple times at this branch. The burrito has tasted like this a couple times where the rice is extremely under cooked (the rice was chewy and hard literally hurt and stuck on my tooth). This has happened a couple of occasions here but all other branches are fine. I reported the burrito to one of the workers and I was told that the rice is supposed to taste that way. I did get a refund for that occasion however I visited the branch today and hoped the rice would be cooked but it wasn’t and was chewy again. I am disappointed as I have been going to the Hounslow Taco Bell for a couple of years and I have not experienced this at all until the last couple of months of visiting. Visit it a different branch avoid Hounslow.

   1st visit. Place was a bit messy. Even with available seating didn't really want to sit down anywhere but found a take that was reasonably less messy than others so cleaned it myself. Food was served pretty quick. Was surprised with how flavourless the food was. Fair value for money. Place looked a bit tired considering taco bell feels like it hasn't been I'm the highstreet for long

   Received excellent customer service from Sowmya (going by the name on the receipt) she really went out her way to help me order my meals. While simultaneously giving out orders and getting abuse from the youths that were moaning. She also changed my meal deal so that i can try a few more things while maintaining the price. Food was tasty and fresh. Thank you very much, will be returning

   As someone who does not have Taco Bell in her own country, it was an amazing experience eating from here. Had crunchy tacos, quesadilla and chalupa meal for lunch. Exactly what I expected it to be! Food were enough and they offer different combo meals for different number of people. Despite them forgetting one of my order, I will be coming to this outlet the next time I come back. Thank you for being all Halal Hounslow outlet!

   A nice enough place, but a few issues. Service was fast, but the tacos were a bit oily and bland, with the cheese not even having had time to melt. The drink I ordered was out of stock, but not updated on the menu. The next drink I chose was broken and only carbonated water came out, so I gave up at that point. Chips were on point I'm happy to say. Staff were very friendly and efficient.

   The food is really nice here and cooked very fast it's full of flavours the only thing I can think that let it down was that they did not know about Taco Bell App and the Systems crashed twice and and I did not even get my rewards they need to Learn about everything and how to get the rewards points to customers and I was in store for 30 mins I never saw anyone came out and clean the tables at all you don't get much to eat or pick from the volcano burrito was a let down they told me it was really hot I think someone forgot to have the spice to it I will try again and see how it gose next time

   Tried Chicken Volcano Burrito meal £7 & Grilled chicken crunchy taco supreme meal £7. Very tasty, would suffice for a person with low appetite. Mexican fries were yummy. Ordered on Uber Eats & took 45 min from order to delivery.
