   Ordered 3 Large cheesy topped fries through Uber Eats. The quantity of fries inside the box didn’t even justify a small portion size! With a tiny piece of a cheese slice added on top with some sour cream. My family called it a scam!! This is con charging £3.99 for a portion the size of this!

   If I could give 10 stars I would! Eldhose is the reason I keep coming back I have to give a special shout-out to Eldhose at this Taco Bell. Every time I order, he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. He always greets me with a smile, and no matter how complicated my order is, he never makes me feel like I’m bothering him or being difficult. I work in customer service and he’s genuinely so amazing I could learn a thing or two from him! His kindness, patience, and professionalism are rare to find, and he’s genuinely the main reason I stay loyal to this branch. I’ve thanked him so many times in person, but it never feels like enough. He really deserves recognition for how well he treats customers and the effort he puts into every interaction.

   I was out with my 2 friends from college. We sat in and we all ordered our meals and I was the only one to order a drink. I got my drink cup I filled it up with Pepsi Max and ice. After I finished drinking, I still had the ice left so I put it in my water bottle as I was done and I’m ready to go and then the mail worker comes out and then start screaming at me saying I refilled it when I didn’t. So I start having a go at him and then the female comes out And they start yelling and having a go at us. Dreadful staff Dreadful behaviour

   This was hands down the worst experience ever. First, it took forever for them to restart their machine just to take my order—like seriously, why am I waiting ages because they can’t get their system together? Then when I finally get my food, the “salad box” was a joke. The most skimpy, pathetic portion I’ve ever seen. The box wasn’t even half full—just a couple of sad lettuce shreds, a few tomato bits, and barely any chicken or beans. Embarrassing. And when I used my discount, the staff looked at me like I’d just landed from another planet. Like, hello? Discounts EXIST. Have you never seen one in your life? Sorry not everyone’s rolling in cash, but you don’t need to make me feel like trash for using a code. Finally, the quesadilla—don’t even get me started. Slapped together in two seconds flat, didn't even melt the cheese, no rice, no thickness, just a flat, lifeless tortilla crime scene. Absolutely nothing like what it’s supposed to be. This entire experience was beyond disappointing—Taco Bell, do better because this was straight-up robbery. I wasted 5009 points on this. I literally cannot believe this, like I'm literally never going back again.

   I had a great experience at this Taco Bell Harrow! The service was fast, the staff was friendly, and my order was correct and fresh. I got the Crunchwrap Supreme delicious. The place was clean and well-maintained. Will be back soon!

   You get what you pay for. If you want a better quality taco I would recommend Burrito in St. George’s, but if you need a quick cheap fix then this hits the spot. The device has definitely improved in terms of speed. The toilets are clean but the bins need to be emptied on a more regular basis. The store windows are always covered in condensation which makes the store feel clostrophobic. Taco Bell definitely serves its purpose hence I would recommend it especially as you can get 1 hour free parking on the road behind it.

   Have been waiting over an hour for food, delivery driver apologised said Taco Bell has not made it yet and when I called Taco Bell they confirmed that they have not yet made any food. They are just accepting orders then ignoring them. Really useless staff answering the phone pretending not to hear you then when you ask about your order they say “we can’t help you” and hang up…. Would have appreciated an “I’m sorry we’re understaffed” more than that.

   Can I give at this shop less than 1 star? I am very disappointed with the service they offered me today, I think I am not even the only one complaining about the managers and the people working there. My boyfriend ordered at the machines and they got the order wrong, before he lost his patience he asked please and thank you at least FIVE TIMES if they could make his burrito without sauces. They refused and showed us the receipt of our order 2 times saying we had to do it at the machines. They don't even bother to satisfy the customer, freaking awful. I hope this shop closes, I have never received such poor service I swear.

   Geniunely inedible. Arguable the worst American fast food I've ever tried to eat. As I'd never been to a taco bell below I asked the staff what the recommended and ordered what they said. To begin with, look at my photo, there's suppose to be meat in there but as you can see it's 99% salad. And the tiny scraps of meat that I did manage to dig out tasted like the lowest quality meat that I'd ever eaten. The fries were luke warm and very badly cooked. The cinnamon twists just tasted of sugar and were a bit stale. And the drink I was given was completely flat. In the end I just told the staff that I couldn't eat or drink any of it as the quality was soo bad. So they threw away my drink for me (as you can't throw all that liquid in the customer bin) and I threw away the food myself. Never had to throw away food in a 'restaurant' before. Won't be going back and I don't recommend that you go.

   I wish we hadn't had to wait so long for our order.. the app said 14:19. Then it showed us a message that our food is ready to collect. We checked at the store, it was not. We ended up waiting for 15 more minutes.. which is disappointing, as obviously, everyone needs to wait outside now, it was raining and it was cold.. on top of that, they didn't mark the package.. burritos looked both the same on the outside.. quesadillas had some markings, but impossible to read... Food is ok. It is good for what you pay for. You can spend £5 and feel full. Personally, I love the churros and cinnamon twists for dessert. I only wish service was better at this particular place.. they need some more work.
