   Karlines is zero BS, unlike the majority of the scammers in this industry. I only ever bring my cars to Karlines and have had nothing but good experiences. On one occasion, whilst I was away, my wife had taken her car to a “BMW Specialist” in the area, Since she heard a strange sound coming from The engine bay whilst driving, after the cowboy mechanics at BMW NORTHWEST BLOOR MOTORS sat her down and told her that they were going to see to her car and put it on the ramp. They returned to tell her that she had a broken coil spring and that she would be looking at over £550 just to get the two replaced. I initially thought, fair enough, since Karlines had replaced one coil spring on the car two months prior to this so I thought it made sense that the other one had gone. When I returned home the next day, I brought the car to Karlines, as I would have done originally and told him that there was a coil spring broken and I needed it replacing—only for him to call me an hour later telling me that there was nothing broken. I was disgusted that those “BMW Specialist” cowboys at BMW NORTHWEST BLOOR MOTORS had tried to take advantage of my wife knowing that she was a woman on her own, even having seen my daughter’s car seat In the back; true crooks. Karlines could have very easily lied to me and done the job for a profit with no skin off their nose, but unlike most of these garages they have a conscience and are honest and won’t sell their souls for a for a few quid. You will be told exactly what is broken on your car and how much it will cost UP FRONT and not hit with a bill plucked out of thin air when you come to collect your car. *IF there is* anything that happens during the job, i.e. something is broken or should be seen to, you will be called to be asked whether you want it dealt with or not—it’s your car at the end of the day; this is how it should be.

   Called up in the morning to ask about service parts for my car. Within a few hours, they told me they'd got everything in and I can collect. My car model had 2 versions of oil filter which I was unsure of, told me to just buy the 2 and return the one which was unneeded for a refund. All good and easy to deal with
