   I ordered the classic taco, fries, and a burrito, and everything was reasonably priced with good portion sizes and solid quality. The staff were helpful, and the space is functional, with a menu that offers plenty of good options. I had seen negative reviews about staff attitude, but when I visited around 6:40–7:00 pm, the place was fairly quiet with just a few guests. From what I observed, the staff were doing their best to manage orders and customers smoothly. My experience was truly positive overall, and I would definitely come back.

   Extremely frustrated I’ve order a mini quesadilla I’ve waited nearly 20 min the shop is empty I’ve asked the employees they keep saying “1 min” or “coming” but keep doing delivery orders with no dilvery driver around. Why make a customer wait for so long I’m pregnant and tired from work very angry I will not be coming here again !!!!!!!!

   I had an extremely disappointing and unhygienic experience at the Taco Bell in Colindale. I ordered a 7-layer veggie burrito for my daughter, and not only was the service rude and unprofessional (specifically from a female staff member named Ms.Khush), but the food was also contaminated. Upon opening and eating the burrito, we discovered a strand of hair embedded inside the filling. This is absolutely unacceptable from a food hygiene standpoint. It raises serious concerns about cleanliness in the kitchen and the handling of food. Coupled with the poor attitude of the staff member who prepared the meal, this experience was both frustrating and concerning — especially since the food was meant for a child. I have attached photos as evidence and I will be sharing this experience on relevant platforms to ensure this issue is addressed seriously. I expect an immediate investigation and a response from management, along with a sincere apology and corrective measures to prevent this from happening again.

   Food is good, but staff need a lot of improvement. No service mind, rudely talk to customer and with that, it makes the food less tasty. Updates: flour-only burritos with sauce? are you really this low quality?

   Average made tacos which definitely aren't worth the money. Dirty tables which you have to clean before seating. A noisy bunch of staff working in the kitchen. Only recommend going here if you're in a hurry.

   The food is usually good, but when I got here to order, one of the ladies working here was yelling at another staff member really loud, which really puts you off. Made the environment unpleasant. She kept yelling in the kitchen too. Also saw the food being prepared without gloves on and one of the staff member clearly had a running nose. Not comfortable purchasing food here anymore.

   service nice food ok but ... order on the spot as for delivery no boxes for sets ... no trays .. toilets no soap .. after talking with an employee they only confirmed that the management board is in .... demand and podelek have not been received for a long time because the manager does not order ... food plus but the setting zenada some standards the restaurant should have after a 30-minute stay, no one from the staff cleaned the room or tables. dried ketchup on the walls, and that restaurant have 5 stars on clean… for me 3- thats all …taco bell becomes street food trash

   I was surprised firstly find a Halal Tacobell. I took the first opportunity I had to go in and order some food. Was quite a busy branch. Delivery time is good. Definitely one of my favourite fast food restaurants. The photo is of the Cheesy Gordia Crunch which is a soft flat bread over a crunchy taco with cheese in between filled with minced beef. Price is very friendly. Unlimited drinks refill, seating area, toilets. Unfortunately not much free parking available.
