   I visited Tortilla recently and was served by Shanyah, who made the experience absolutely outstanding. She was friendly, welcoming, and clearly cared about getting every detail right. Shanyah took the time to explain the menu options, gave great recommendations, and made sure everything came out just as we wanted. The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly put together — the burrito was packed and the toppings were spot on. The service really made the meal stand out; it’s rare to find someone so genuinely attentive and upbeat. Big thanks to Shanyah for making the visit so enjoyable — Tortilla is lucky to have her!

   I had the naked bowl of chicken at Tortilla in Boxpark Croydon and was quite impressed. The chicken was prepared skillfully and the garnishing was fresh and balanced. The serving size was not overly big and all of it worked well to create an enjoyable and fulfilling meal. Certainly a fine choice when you want something substantial but not overly heavy. Would happily order again!

   One of my office colleagues invited me to lunch and I was really impressed by the food quality and taste of Tortilla Burritos at Boxpark Croydon. The staff is nice and friendly. The food is good and you get an amazing atmosphere at Boxpark. Overall, it was a great experience. I would highly recommend this place.

   I am visiting Croydon and on Thursday after a quick trip to London I stopped by Tortilla at Boxpark. They have a clever self order service from which you can order exactly what you want in your meal and provide the amount of kcal. As I cannot gluten my choice was the bowl. I love Burrito with guacamole and the vegetables. The waiting time was quick, I moved from order side to the pickup side and whilst I ask one question the food was ready. The lady serving was explaining to me how to get stamps by using the App was very helpful. The food was amazing! I don’t like spicy food so what a relief they provide spicy sauces to be added at pickup. I brought a sample of their pineapple spicy sauce, it is hot! The atmosphere is unique at Boxpark. Better go and visit to experience it.

   I came to tortilla after 1 year and it's the same in taste and customer service, perfect. Sid and his crew was fabulous . He helped me beyond his duties. Food was fresh and delicious. Quantity was perfect as usual. I strongly recommend for others.

   Appalled. Tortilla is my go to order place for years and I ordered from this branch for the 1st time. I ordered a large naked burrito with chicken. I got no chicken and a half empty box with like 7 pinto beans and a tonne of onions. The cheese dip which is always my favourite thing was completely watered down. It’s never tasted like that before in any other tortilla. Never ordering from here again.

   Very easy to order on the screens. Very fast food compared to other places you can eat from in Boxpark. You can watch the team make the food which I liked doing and they was having a chat with me at the same time. They was very friendly and bubbly. I forgot to add guac when I paid and they added some for me which I thought was great service. Food was exceptional best food out of all the tortillas I’ve eaten at! Will deffo be back :)

   Came today after work, the staff were really lovely, the blonde manager explained all the different sauces that were available as I wasn't too sure what each one was and she was so helpful. Was a really great meal and the self service was easy to use . Thank you!
