Had a great experience buying my suit at Moss Bros York. Andrea was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and made sure everything fit perfectly. Excellent customer service — highly recommended.
The lady who helped me with the suit did a great job top member of staff . Wasn’t till the day before my son’s wedding I realised the waist coat was ripped. I rang the shop straight away young lad on the phone was also good to deal with . My reason for the three stars is when I got to the store to exchange the waist coat. It had all the tags still on . The woman on the till was awful- said have I worn it and tried saying there was a stain on it . Utter rubbish so I sent a complaint email to head office customer support or whatever it is . Basically just got a generic email back. So for me personally after spending £523. In store and getting treat like I was trying to con them I certainly wouldn’t recommend the store and I will never step foot in it again . Real shame as it started so well

Last Friday, my wife and I visited the Moss branch at Leeds Trinity in the afternoon. The shop was quiet, and the staff were standing around talking to each other. Unfortunately, no one came over to offer us any help or advice, so I decided not to buy anything and left disappointed. Today (Sunday), we visited the Moss shop at York Designer Outlet. Even though the store was busy and seemed a bit short-staffed, a lovely lady named Sarah approached us and helped me choose the right suits and trousers in terms of size and colour. She kindly spent around half an hour with us, and thanks to her help, we found the perfect suit. The manager, Martin, was also incredibly helpful. I even told them I’d rather drive 50 minutes to York than return to the Leeds branch, simply because of the great customer service we received here. A big thank you to Sarah and Martin! I hope the Leeds branch works on improving their customer service.

Went in to buy a suit for my wedding. I initially was interested in buying a fully tailored suit. I was served by Andrew who kitted me out sorted everything very easily and simply. He explained only the trousers would need tailoring saving quite a lot of money. He was extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Some of the best customer care I've had in a long time.

Excellent service from the smart young bloke in there who sorted my son out with a dinner suit and a lounge suit - didn't get his name but he did a terrific job.
Rocked up to Moss Bros, got greeted by Lauren told her the background story and told her not leaving the building without a suit! Got drawn to the Hugo Boss section tried it on fell in love! The Boss man Amrou was great too chucking in a suit bag because I had the cheek to ask! Highly recommend to all nothing to much and patient with me aswell
I came in with my boyfriend to look for some suits for our wedding this summer, we had a look and my boyfriend didn’t see anything he liked so we went to suit direct and he found one there that he liked. The size of the trousers were a bit baggy so he asked where to get them slim fitted and they directed us to Moss Bross where we came from, we went in there and have another look for a suit and we waited around for a while for someone to notice us and a women who worked there approached us rudely and we said we just want to get the trouser slim fitted but she didn’t understand what I meant so I explained the most simple question nicely and she was very rude and said that we can’t get it done because the suit is from Suit Direct and not from them even though she would still get money out of us anyway, or at least she could of persuaded us to change our minds and get a suit from them and then get it fitted if that’s how it works. Her customer service skills were terrible! I thought your supposed to help your customers, not brush them away!
