Ce was absolutely amazing. I hired suits for my wedding from her and by no means was it an easy task. But she accepted all my requests, helped me make design choices and was always on the other end of the phone. Thanks so much for contributing to our amazing day
Would never use a different suit shop. The customer service here is outstanding. Visited here twice in the last 6 months and both times being so impressed with the help we received in store, totally takes the hassle out of a potentially very stressful situation of finding the right suit LOL!! Further to this my sons suit went missing ( got delivered to the wrong house, nowhere to be seen!!) Liam the store manager is a total diamond, again totally took the stress out of the situation and went above and beyond to help me. I haven't experienced such excellent customer service for a very long time. Suits Direct Liam and the team at this store are a real credit to you.
Andy Perry gave the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. I am so pleased with the suits all me and my friends got. He went out of his way to sort everything out, he also helped us get it tailored at the nearby quick stitch. Therefore anytime I need a suit I will come back to Suit Direct every single time. Me and my partner visited Suit Direct looking for a suit for a family members wedding. We saw a great selection - I’ve never really shopped for a suit before so I was quite anxious and nervous about sizing and what I was looking for. When I asked a member of staff for help they were amazing. Andy really helped me pick out the correct sizes and gave me plenty of advice on stuff I was uncertain on, he really gave me great service and is a credit to the store at the designer outlet. I really would recommend suit direct to any of my Family or Friends. If I ever need anything suit related again I shall come back and spend my money here :)
Great if you're a size 40 chest and love off the peg clothes thta instantly fit. If however youre like me, 6ft 2in, 17st and like to gym, dont bother trying anything on. Youll just waste your time
Had a great choice of suits to choose from. Staff were helpful. The shop looked more professional than some of the others. They had good deals I would recommend using them.

Went into Suits direct in York designer outlet looking for decently priced suits for our upcoming wedding. Liam was an absolute star from beginning to end. Popped in today off the cuff to suits direct at the designer outlet in york and was promptly and professionally looked after by Jane one of the retail assistants! Nothing was too much to ask for and was given great advice and help in my first experience suit shopping. Would highly recommend
